Great little hostel, with super friendly staff, who easily booked my nasca line flight for the same morning I arrived. A little out of the way, but not unsafe.

Good Hostel for pre or post pampas trip. Skip the breakfast and head to the French bakery though. Big issue with the dorm room door... Could only be shut by locking, and only one key, for a 6 bed dorm. And with no lockers available, security is an issue.

This hostel could be so much more if the staff bothered to show some customer service. I stayed for 1 night, booked a 4 day salt flat tour though them and then stayed a further 2 nights, and throughout the whole time the staff were snappy and rude, everything was far too much hard work for them. Don't feel compelled to book their tours, shop around.

Great location, close to the subway and easily walkable to lots of sights. The activities at night were great, although shop around for the tango show and be prepared to sort yourself out for La Bamba Del Tiempo on Monday nights. It's a shame smoking is allowed in the bar though.

Amazing location, really close to the bus station and the old town. The rooms are a little small but fine in the quiet season. Particularly loved the log fire and dog at night.

Really good location, and a beautiful building, it's a shame it's so cold and echoey. Don't expect to be able to lie in, particularly if your room is near the kitchen.

Great location near the old town and easily walkable from the bus station. Lovely staff who couldn't do more for me. Highly recommend the tours, the staff are even happy to suggest ways to see the waterfalls and distillery by local bus when the weather is bad.

Great location, especially if travelling by train, and only a five min walk to the main city..... However, the staff lacked any enthusiasm, or willingness to help, and made no effort to hide the fact that none of them wanted to be there. It would have been a great stay if they knew what manners were, maybe a trip to charm school is needed.

The kitchen is far too small for the amount of people they have staying there, but the pool and cafe more than made up for that. Great atmosphere and nice rooms

Great location on the esplanade but could do with a few more organised activities... Instead of sending everyone to the woolshed. Great staff and clean rooms, and the pool is definately s bonus!

Good location for both the main town and train station. Only having wifi on the lower floor was a hassle, especially when the lobby was crowded. Such a large hostel should be able to provide wifi throughout the whole building. Some hostel events would have been nice, especially with the wombar.

In need of a major update and some of the staff could do with updating too... Can't be beaten on location. My dorm was cramped, with no room for bags, although the majority of them had plenty of room.
