New hostel that's only waiting for more customers to take off big time. Nicely located close to Bocagrande. 10 min. walk tot supermarkets. < 5 to the nearest beach. The staff is amazingly helpful, bed's are great and everything's (very) clean. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Just a very nice hostel to stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean. Nice atmosphere. And everything just works.
Stayed here early May. Salsa classes and good breakfast included are great plusses. Beds are nice and overall cleanliness is not bad. Apart from that: if the building ain't finished, don't open the hostel. Cold showers, noisy constructionworkers and clogged toilets don't improve the experience. Location is not very good and the staff seemed more interested in watching footballlivestreams and writing fake HW-reviews (>90% just couldn't be true) then in helping (or responding to) paying customers.
With in mind San Pedro is in the middle of the desert this hostel offers good value for money. No more, no less. Nice, clean beds, nice courtyard, no lock(er)s and the kitchen is a little too small to be used by the staff at rush hour.
Nice little hostel on the great Cerro Concepcion. That's about it.
Lovely hostel with lovely staff in a lovely neighbourhood of Santiago. Would definitely recommend it. Great atmosphere, very helpful and fun staff and a great overall cleanliness.
Kitchen cleaning during rush hour is a nono. Besides that: I don't like longstayhostels. I like travellershostels. Good enough for an overnight stay though.
Definitely worth the 10 minute walk from downtown Q'town. You sleep in a cabin with it's own facilities which get you into contact with fellow travellers very easily and makes that everyone feels responsible for the state of the cabin. I'd recommend the YHA, but when that's full, this is a great second for the non-party-hostel-lovers like me.
Seems like a great partyhostel. Not my cup of tea. Nevertheless: it's clean, facilities are great, location is great (downtown Q'town), it's cheap, what more do you want?
Not that there's much choice when visiting Mt Cook/Aoraki, but this is simply a great hostel. Location is obviously awesome. Hostel's clean. Kitchen's is very spacious. Beds are nice. Staff is very helpfull. And the atmosphere is one of likeminded outdoorlovers.
Awesome place to sleep! It's in the middle of the jungle. Obviously this means facilities are not top notch compared to innercity designhostels, but that didn't bother me one second. I'd definitely recommend people to spend at least one night here when visiting Cairns/Daintree/Cape Trib.
Great value for money. Tae Sun is a great help and a good guy. I came back twice after overnight trips to GBR & Cape Trib. The free meal at Woodshed is a nice extra (don't expect haute quisine, but good enough for a stomach on a budget).
Very expensive longstayhostel. Didn't like it. They charge for everything. Which would be ok if they'd live up to standards. They don't.
Did the job. But no more than that.
Hurray for Howard and his great hostel!! He really puts effort in creating the greatest atmosphere. And it works. Apart from that: overall standard is just good. Clean and spacious with a nice rooftopterrace.
Not the cheapest in town, but for a reason. Great hostel. Clean, nicely designed, good beds, nice bar area, helpfull staff. All you need and more.
I'll remember this one. Will definitely come back here. Either as a backpacker or as a grown-up-tourist. Lovely place, kind staff, clean, great food, best value for money.
