Good location, REALLY nice owners, OK prices. Only bad thing was perhaps the lack of a good place to hang out, there is only the kitchen table. But of you're not looking for that, I'd strongly recommend this place!

Great location, really nice and helpful staff. The only major drawback is that there is no kitchen to cook food in. Otherwise everything is great!
It's as good as everyone says! Super nice hostel, staff is awesome, great vibes all over! We were offered a double room instead of dorm beds just because nobody else was staying there at the moment. We had a great time hanging out in the patio, sharing a beer with the staff and guests.
THIS IS THE BEST-LOOKING HOSTEL I'VE STAYED AT. EVER. An old school that's been remade into a hostel, but with all of the small town school-feeling still there, and lots of the original furniture as well. I would recommend anyone to go here just because of this. Staff was also nice. Kitchen and common room was a bit worn down. Sadly there were no holds on the climbing wall.
A motel that doesn't really have all the negative sides that motels usually have. It was clean, had friendly staff, and a reasonably good location in central Portland.
By far not the cleanest hostel I've stayed at, but I didnt't really care because the staff was so nice and the place had such a good atmosphere to it. Also a really good location.
We had a great stay at Hotel Hotel Hostel. It's located in Fremont, which is an awesome neighborhood, but it takes a bus ride to get to downtown. Otherwise really friendly staff, and it generally felt safe and secure.
Great location, very secure, good breakfast. Nothing really to complain about, except that it was quite expensive, $33 PLUS $3 for not being HI member PLUs 14% tax per night. And that is for the cheapest dorm.
Pros: Lots of different people at the hostel, all diffrerent kinds. Pool (both for swimming and playing). Good facilities. Half of the staff was really nice. Nice layout. Cons:The bad location, not even that close to the airport, and in Inglewood, a really unsafe part of town. Kind of dirty, lots of spiders, cockroaches. Half of the staff was really rude.
A really good hostel. I don't have anything to complain about (which is rare). Great location, nice rooms, nice buildin. But the best thing was the staff, really nice and helpful. Thanks!
This isn't a hostel, it's a motel. Once I'v made that clear, as a motel it has nothing to complain about. Good prices, clean rooms, nice staff. Close to the greyhound station, but far from downtown. Pretty boring, though. A good place to sleep.
Nice with free food, and the staff was friendly. They have jacuzzi and a pool table. Bad things were the location, it's a good walk from collins ave and washington, and pretty far south from the cool parts of sobe. It was ok before when they offered free bikes, but in the middle of our stay they changed that so we had to pay! All in all though, a pretty good hostel.
Pro: the location. Cons: poorly equipped kitchen, no real common room, just a lobby, and the rudest staff I met during three months of staying in hostels! they weren't nice at all, every time you asked them for something they seemed really bothered, even though it is their job, and they couldn't give any directions at all outside South beach.
Another great hostel! Unfortunately we weren't able to go partying with them, but you can be sure to get the offer, and I'm sure it'll be a great experience. Located a ten minute walk from central Miraflores, but other than that I have nothing at all to complain about. Great staff, great hostel!
This hostel has it all. Despite it's self-proclamation as a party hostel, you'll have a nice time even if you just want to sleep, there are quiet rooms as well. Fresh and clean and loads of fun, if you want it! One thing though, the free breakfast is awful. Dry bread, crappy marmalade and bad coffee. But there are really good options if you're willing to pay.
All in all a nice hostel, although nothing to brag about in terms of location or fun. In all other aspects a great hostel.
A nice and quiet hostel, although not one of the most fun ones. Nice staff and great location, just a few blocks from Sagarnaga and Linares streets.
A nice hostel. Not very fun place to stay perhaps, but in all other aspects a very good place to stay. We also took the 4-day tour to Uyuni and the salar, which we can really recommend. Really interesting trip. Safe, reliable and knowing drivers/guides, especially Juan Carlos. Really good veggie food as well! Thank You!
A very nice hostel all in all. Clean rooms, and very helpful staff. Located a good walk (or taxi ride) from both the border and the bus station, and not the liveliest hostel around. But as a place to sleep before entering Bolivia, or if you just want to relax and enjoy a calm and clean atmosphere, I truly recommend Copacabana.
Pros: Nice staff, buena onda, good location, nicely decorated. Cons: Useless bathrooms that were either impossible to lock, impossible to flush the toilet or water all over the floor. Our room was impossible to lock from the outside, leaving all of our stuff exposed when we were out. VERY basic breakfast. All in all really nice vibes at the hostel, but they could use a major renovation.
A good hodtel. Not the best we've been to, but far from the worst. Located at 10min walk from downtown, really nice atmosphere, very helpful staff (although none of them really spoke english).
One of our best stays so far, and definitely the most helpful and service-minded staff! We got there early in the morgning, and we got brakfast and access to everything until our room was ready. And after checkout we got to hang out at the hostel all day, until our nightbus left. Great staff, great hostel!
Definitely the best-looking hostel so far, really cool building with a nice patio. The pool wasn' that fresh though... Other than that we have nothing to complain about, the staff was really helpful, helped us with bike and wine toues. And the hostel is just a few blocks from the centre, next to a supermarket. Very good!
It's located a bit outside of town, but that's the charm of it! The houses and dorms are really cozy, and there is a kitty and an awesome dog! Nice common areas as well, a great place to chill out!
This place really has got character. Both the woman working days and the tho men working nights and evenings were really nice and helpful. Great location, just a few blocks from the city centre and the sea. Only downside is the REALLY uncomfortable beds, some of the hardest ones I've ever slept in. Loved the place though.
We stayed at le Montclair for two nights, before moving on to another place. Really loved it there, really good standard, friendly staff, and a breakfast buffet above expectations. Located only 100 m from the metro in Paris' nicest arrondissement, this is definitely the place I'll be staying at next time I'm in Paris.
