Nice quaint little hostel outside old town and near a lovely little lake (the name ecaors me). It's small and normally only holds a few travelers so don't expect to party with a bunch of foreigners but the free breakfasts are nice and coffee is always available at no cost. Some people won't like that there's no elevator (5 stories) but the rooms are clean, nice, and comfortable. Kim, the main deskworker, also added a lot to the place and was super hospitable as we're the otherS.

Nice enough place with a great location but I left feeling less than impressed. The wifi was down which is no big deal but the way I saw the staff deal with their guests was hardly accommodating or helpful. There was no AC in the middle of the summer, no TP, no soap, and we had to buy a towel for 20 yuan. The location, good food and nice common area make it worth going to but I recommend you try other places as well.

The staff were very helpful with helping me get to the other side of Istanbul even though they knew it was to stay at another apartment. They helped with directions and called a taxi all on their own accord. Awesome place to stay.
