Very clean hostel in a good location near the beach and the metro. The owner is very friendly and will make you feel more like you're staying at your auntie's house as she makes pancakes for you and tells you off for not spending more time in Dubai. Be aware that the concierge in the building may want to know what you're doing in the building as you arrive, so it's worth having a print out of the hostel details on hand.

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in nearly 10 years of travelling. It's got all the basics down pat, like comfortable beds, lockers, a well-equipped kitchen, and clean bathrooms, but it's also got friendly well-travelled owners and it was a great place for meeting other travellers. I got talking over dinner with a couple of other guests, and we all agreed we wanted the hostel kitchen/dining area for our own homes, if that gives you an idea of how much we all liked it there!

Great location in St Ives, with friendly atmosphere and great staff. The hostel was clean and the dorms were well-designed, with solid bunk beds (no creaky wobbly ikea beds!), large lockers for backpacks, individual bed lights and power outlets and a privacy curtain for each bed. I'd stay here again for sure.

Friendly staff, great common room, easy to find (and their directions were very clear). My room and bedding were very clean, but the room and bathroom smelt somewhat damp/musty - probably not surprising in winter and this is my only complaint.
