Staff were super helpful!Stayed 1 night in transit after gruelling guat city- managua bus ride. Bit of a mix up with our booking (Email misunderstanding) but staff sorted it out superbly and put up with my grumpy attitude. Great advise on where to eat (best Cuban food ever and cheap), local transport info etc . they force an 11 pm quiet time which everyone appreciates as generally most travellers have just got off long haul bus rides. Comfy place to stay, great chill out areas, def stay again.

Really cute lil place. Bar and garden are nice to chill out in. Good prices on tours/connecting bus journeys. No safety deposit boxes in rooms, but felt super safe. Internet not great in rooms but fantastic in common area/bar. Only improvement I have -communal desktop computer would b gold! Amazing shared bathrooms. You do hear other people in common area as therooms are positioned around it.Everyone was pretty respectful though when we stayed so no issues. Incredible breakfast! Def stay again

Stayed in the private room shared bathroom and would not recommend this hostel. After 2 nights I left. Walls are paper thin. Private rooms surround very small outdoor common area. You hear every conversation & wake up every time bathroom is used. They charge 40 pesos for laundry & you clean it yourself? Breakfast inc but u make it yourself I.e u get given 2 eggs and you cook it-chaos in the morning as kitchen is tiny. No safe /locker in room. Hostel doe not have a good vibe and not social.

We are happy to say that the issues for the noise have been Fixed permantly! No more discomfort from the bathroom noise or people in the next room! As for the laundry in the future we will try to add a Wash n Fold service but for the time being we offer a DIY for a really fair $ In the near future we will have some big changes in the Posada by upgrading to a new Kitchen currently in the works! We pride ourselves for having a UNIQUE ambience that many guests Enjoy with lovely Staff!

The staff were really helpful. The directions to the hostel at first we thought were pretty clear, but as soon as our taxi dropped us off - it was a maze and I recommend giving the hostel a call to come pick u up or pay for a guide (which are everywhere). Rooftop bar was our saviour at the end of a hot day. Rooms were not that secure, but safedeposit boxes are available when u pay for a key deposit. We stayed in the dorm which was clean and farely cool considering no air con.

Great location-you get what you paid for. Just needed somewhere to crash for 1 night. Really cold inside the dorms as heating wasn't that great and cold drafts coming thru windows- not the best for winter! It would be great if you had 'dorm rules' on the door (a few first timers when I was there). As soon as Uget to a hostel - U want to charge phones etc however not enough plugs in dorms,(suggestion to have a charging station in bar temporarily).Nowhere to store stuff on top bunks- a shelf?
