Great location, easy walking distance from station and every important tourist site. A neat little room with a view (if you don't mind walking stairs). No frills, quiet, tidy, with helpful staff. This is the most authentic and best value for money experience I've ever had in the centre of any big tourist city (and I've stayed in far more than my REVIEWER status of novice traveller would indicate ;-)

Hard to find with instructions given. Cupboard of a room with totally unsuitable shape: I hit my head badly several times walking deeper into it. No window at eye height. Noisy during the day. Loud manager/owner? abusive to her staff. Unpleasant experience overall.

ROOM PROVIDES SAFE WHICH IS VERY GOOD. LEFT IT OPEN ONE DAY BY MISTAKE, WITH PASSPORT AND MONEY IN IT - WHICH WAS ALL STILL THERE ON MY RETURN. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THAT.

Booked then send email I was coming a day later which was confirmed, but when I arrived no room available. Staff arranged for similar-class hotel nearby though, so OK in the end (but I don't really know what the hotel's like!).

OK place above nice cafe in great street but hard to get to with public transport, narrow stairwell - not recommended with heavy pack. Tiny room, pricy when you're on your own (and have to pay for 2)
