Great hostel! The staff were excellent in helping to organise tours and giving information, the free breakfast was good quality, free tea, coffee and fruit all day was a real treat. They are really helpful in allowing you to keep your bags at the hostel whilst in Sapa or Halong bay, and are more than happy for you to shower between trips, even if you haven't got a room booked that night. I was very impressed, and would definitely stay again.

Great place to meet people in the reception, loved the free breakfast and tea and coffee. Doesn't take long to get into town. They were booked out when I was there, but kept adding mattresses to the floor of the dorm room, so beware!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was useful when I had to ask them for toilet paper for my room because I was not provided any, and to remove the very large cockroach from my bathroom. My bathroom was also full of ants and spiders and the wifi did not work for me. I feel like I paid over the odds for probably one of their worst rooms, but only stayed one night and moved somewhere else the next day. I think it is probably a good guesthouse, but I had a bad experience there.

Good atmosphere, nice common area to meet people, close to the centre of town, friendly staff and free breakfast to top it off! The lockers are very basic cupboards under the bunkbeds, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely hostel, huge lockers for all of your stuff! The rooftop bar was a good place to go and meet people, and its in a good location. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely staff, and in a great location. Room was average, probably not quite worth the money, but it worked for us for the night.
