Hostel Jacob

Brno, Czech Republic

The Staff made our stay (group of 7 ppl). Friendly and customer oriented, the desk officer helped us in many ways: directions, tips for food/drink, local places. We all loved their sense of humour !!! Brand new, panel of different size rooms, cleanliness, tidyness, all comodities for cooking, Internet. Excellent value for money, another home abroad. Cheers Pavel :-) and the newbie Monica.

Brand new hostel, not used to the service. Everything has been made there to be a damn good hostel, but staff, cleanliness, security is to be improved. from 1 to 10, I d give a 6, now. probably within 6 months, I d give a 8.5 or above keep it up
