Westayed 5 nights at Second Home Hostel and it really does live up to its name. The Staff were absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, enthusiatic and wecloming, and gave lots of advice. They did bookings for us for Gallipoli and a cruise on the Bosphorous. They made sure we were comfortable and that the rooms were suitable. There were group meals organised and tables rearranged so guests could watch the International soccer matches. Thanks for a great stay. The staff should have a payrise!

We had a wonderful stay with and George. The did everythingq they could to make us welcome. Picked us up from the ferry when we arrived and drove us to the airport on our departure. Although Stella's is not right in town it is not far to walk to town (15 mins) and George can help with renting an AtV. The swimming pool was great. It was like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it. Thank you George and Stella for making us so welcome. Jenny Sheat

Great place to stay not far from central train station and metro. Staff friendly and helpful.

Backpacking Club Hostel

We booked a room and when we got there it appeared that the owner did not know and then tried to put us in a room that was more expensive but according to her was better. We had to argue with her to get the room we had booked. There were no smiles and no welcome and just a hard luck story about how busy she was and that the reviews about her on Hostel World were "unfair". Apart from the unwelcome owner we were happy with the hostel as it was clean and in an excellent location. The manager did try to smile at

The best hostel we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was great, staff helpful and it was close to underground, trains and buses. Felt very safe and at home there. Thoroughly recommended.

Found shower very difficult with no soap rack and nowhere to get dressed. Also timer on water supply not long enough. A few seconds was exasperating. Need to set timer for a minute each time.
