In general the hostel was great especially the common sitting area where there was a vivid atmosphere and it was easy to mingle with other people. The free breakfast was also nice, continental buffet. Cons: there is 1 toilet per floor that seemed not enough for the number of people staying in the hostel, and the kitchen is also too small. Otherwise, great value for money! Would recommend it to travelers looking for having fun and making new friends

Very modern, you can notice that it is intended to meet guests’ all necessities: comfy beds, free lockers in the dorms key-card operated, decent number of shared toilets and showers so you can even have certain privacy, full equipped kitchen, nice common area with non-stop clips on screen you can see from the dining area, TV, DVDs, free internet… Apart of that, well located, helpful staff, all areas was really CLEAN! This hostel is an example for the rest. By far th best hostel I’ve ever been to

The sheets of my bed had not been washed enough as they had still shoes footprints and stains, I asked for a change and they did. It is very spacious but there was no a single shelf in the dorm to put your stuff. The whole building in itself looked like old and not very clean. Don’t go if you are afraid of mice. The kitchen and rest of facilities were overcrowded. Toilets and showers were scarce. Hostel for mass production! The location was the only good thing.

I was over-charged in the check-in, they blamed hostelworld booking system but finally refunded the extra money after I insisted and spoke to the manager, was not a big issue really. Dorm toilet looked like very dirty so I was reluctant to use it during all my stay. Common areas were roomy but cold, TV and game rooms were a bit hidden also. Amazing kitchen and dining room, I found them the best places to mingle. The hostel is a bit off the city centre and you can’t avoid the steep walk to get it

Little and poor common areas for guests make it difficult people to mix. Otherwise, location and cleanness are great.

Spent 1 night in a mix dorm. It was a bit moldy specially the ensuite bathroom and the carpet, both asked for a refurbishing, didn't find dirtiness though. The main isssue was the mattress, it was really uncomfortable, the springs were like nails in my back! Location and downstairs bar were great. I turned up after 4am so don't know about noise. Room was big enough and so the lack of storageroom was not so bad.

Clean and secure. Close to all the city amenities; museums, restaurants, transport...Didn't like ensuite toilet and shower as room isn't big enough so it's very annoying each time someone used at late or early hours. Small kitchen but it's full equip and kept really clean and tidy, so people used it a lot. Not really a hostel to have party, even dificult to socialise as loungue and games rooms were too cold. Kind and helpful staff at reception though.
