We booked room for 3 in the Kiki hostel, upon arrival we were told we'd be staying on the Party Yacht of the hostel, in the harbor. We didn't sign up for that, but we decided to go with it as we had nowhere else to go. We had arrived on the other side of the island and the hostel had arranged a transfer to the hostel that was way too expensive. Our cabin was ridiculously small and the owner was always on the boat and was extremely unfriendly and impolite. and there was always a lot of loud music
We had a very nice stay at the hostel. It was nice and clean and located perfectly in a quiet street very close to the old town. The owner is very friendly, he gave us many explanations upon arrival and told us what were the best things to do and see, and maybe more importantly, told us where not to go and what not to do.
We had an appartment in a small little street located perfectly between the old city and the beach. The only major problem was the lack of airconditioning, the nights were unbearably hot. But the owner (who we only saw once, at our check-in) was very friendly.
This was a great hostel, perfectly located, brand new, with all the facilities needed. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly and there is a nice kitchen and terrace!
Good stay, nothing special
