Good location and good free breakfast of toast, cereal and tea. However staff were not always at the front desk when required and didn't respond to the bell on one occasion.

Good basic hotel, good security. We only stayed for one night but was nice. They did try and charge us the full amount despite us paying the 10% but generally friendly.

Basic hostel but had what you needed for a short stay. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. There is not many facilities but is right in the heart of the town so not really required. Also offers tickets to macchu Picchu

Really good hostel with good facilities. It has a bar and serves food and has lots of entertainment. Would suggest that they need a few more staff on reception at busy times as there was quite a bit of queuing for checking in and out. Also has tour desk to book trips.

We only stayed a couple of nights but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After 48 hours stuck on a bus we were welcomed with open arms which was very much appreciated. Room was excellent with bathrooms and tv with DVD player and wide selection of DVDs. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Good hostel, more like a hotel with a private bathroom. Really good value for money and in a good location. They arranged us an airport pick up which was especially good when our flight was delayed. Staff didn't speak much english but could understand basics.

Really good hostel, we had a double room and it was spacious and clean and had lockers to put our stuff in. The 24 hour bar and reception was good as we had to check out early for the flight. Staff were helpful. One thing they could do is airport transfers as São Paulo has bad traffic at times which can push taxi fares up if you get caught in that traffic.

Hello Nicola, Thanks for ur feedback. We do provide airport transfers, and they can be booked from our website. Actually, we offer it by email when you book a bed with us. Haven't you got this? Best,

Good hostel in a good location. Staff were really friendly and very helpful with booking tours and general information. A couple of points triple bunk beds did not work in girls dorms as too high to reach and no locks on doors bit of a safety risk.
