Brussels 2GO4 Quality Hostel

Brussels, Belgium

No breakfast options, which was fine because you should go get Belgian waffles anyway! VERY comfortable beds. Quiet rooms, even in the large mixed dorm. The staff is very friendly. After 23:00 they leave, but stayed for us when we arrived later than that. Free wifi in the rooms, and the common area is well-attended.

City Lodge Stockholm

Stockholm, Sweden

Free wifi in the rooms. We stayed in the large dorm with 18+ beds. It was surprisingly quiet, and the location cannot be beat. It's just off the main shopping road that leads to pretty much all the sights in Stockholm. The breakfast was good-- it's cheaper if you commit to it the night before so I recommend doing that. The beds had curtains on them, which blocked out all light and made for a strange, but pleasant atmosphere. Bring sheets and towels if you can!

Danhostel Copenhagen City

Copenhagen, Denmark

We booked this hostel thinking it was a youth hostel, but it wasn't. We stayed in a female dorm with 6 beds, and all of the women who stayed there with us were at least 50. It was fine, but it just wasn't what we were expecting. The breakfast was expensive and lacking. There were old drunk men wandering around the basement and it lacked a comfortable seating area. We didn't particularly enjoy hanging out there because everyone was so much older than us, but it was a really nice place to stay.

City Hostel Geneva

Geneva, Switzerland

Free wifi in the bedrooms. We stayed in a three-bed mixed dorm, and it seemed more like a hotel than a hostel honestly (which we didn't mind at all.) We cooked in the kitchen for dinner and the facility was great. The location was great-- close proximity to the train station and anything you'd want to see in the city.

Ritchie's Hostel

Prague, Czech Republic

Wifi worked in the bedrooms. We stayed in the large dorm with 12 people-- Prague is known for their nightlife, so it was quite loud, but we expected that and it didn't bother us much at all. The breakfast was cheap and alright-- nothing too special.

Good location to get around in Paris. The only thing that was bothersome was that when we checked in, the man at the front desk couldn't find our reservation that we made through Hostelworld, so that was a bit frustrating. Once he figured it out, he upgraded us to a smaller room, so it ended up being fine. The breakfast that was included was nice, and the wifi worked in the room just fine.
