Great hostel - a little bit of a walk up a hill when coming from the bus station / train station but otherwise could not fault this hostel. 3 course meal was amazing and a must. Thanks very much to the staff for being so helpful and actually knowing people's names!!!
This is an amazing hostel. I have stayed in over 30 hostels in my years of travelling and this is the best one i have ever stayed at. All the facilities were virtually new. 3 course meals are a must. The staff are amazing and have some amazing advice and the common room is nicely decked out. Nothing to complain about! To the staff and owners keep up the amazing work :)
Did not actually stay at the hotel Astrid - was upgraded to another hotel. The staff was very helpful at both hotels. So nothing to complain about.
Lovely staff at the hostel. Rooms were fairly standard.
Amazing hostel - feels just like a home. Great facilities, spent Christmas with a wonderful dinner. Facilities are really good and the bathrooms are very new. Freddie keep up the great work!!!
Stayed in a private room. Hostel was rather empty when i was visiting (in December) and therefore there was a lack of atmosphere. Location was tucked away on a side street but everything is walking distance so this was not an issue at all! Night life is amazing and the staff at the hostel were great!
Good Hostel very close to the sites. Was visiting in mid December and therefore was very quiet - therefore there wasn't much in terms of atmospher. Stayed in a private room which was very good value.
A very nice hostel, which is one one of the main streets in Iguazu. We stayed in a 3 bed private room. The staff where very helpful and all spoke good english. Would defintiely recommend this hostel to other travellers. There is not that much to do in Iguazu except for the falls, but the pool creates a chilled atmosphere and the breakfast is pretty good!
Used this hostel was a pit stop (stayed for 1 night only) for seeing the Brazilian side of the falls before heading to Argentinian side. Good hostel. The front portion is very new. We stayed in the older half of the hostel. Room was functional with aircondition (required as Iguazu is very warm in summer time). Other than that room was basic, but all we needed for a good nights sleep. Staff was helpful regarding tourist attractions. (althought many didn't speak much english)
Excellent hostel, in a safe trendy area of Rio. Centrally located (can use the metro or bus to get anywhere). The room was clean and breakfast was good. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Use of the aircon upon request is a bit odd but staff were accomodating and always happy to answer questions (althought night staff do not speak english). Booked many tours thru them (samba + Favela + football + transfers to airport) and was all very easy and had an amazing time. Defintiely recommend this hostel & Rio.

A hotel that was very good. Close to the main train station and the metro.
We stayed in a 3 bed private room. Overall the stay was great as Alex took great care of us with breakfast, Dinner and Pub Crawls. The hostel was very nice and has a homely feel to it. Location wise it was next to the parliament which was walking distance to all the major attractions. The hostel is in an old building and a little hard to find at first as it is tucked away on the first floor on the side.
Stayed in a 3 Bed private. This was one of the best hostels I have stayed at, felt just like home! Freshly renovated, nice little touches such as an LCD TV, a laptop for the room, and basic food products e.g. spices, oil, tea, milk in the kitchen. Lili is absolutely amazing with her little notes and great advice! Our only (very minor) gripes were that the shower area was a little small, although the bathroom was very big, and the city centre was a 20 min walk away ... But overall amazing :D
We had a wonderful experience in the 4 bed private! It is an apartment in the attic, with a kitchen, bathroom and 2 double beds. Location is wonderful right next to charles bridge and the staff are excellent, including allowing us to stay an extra couple of hours past check out! Our only gripe was the number of keys, 3 keys to get into the apartment and they were not differenciated but this was a minor issue. Defintiely a place we will stay if we ever come back to Prague!
Stayed for two nights in Nuremburg in a 3 bed dorm. It is a smaller older style hostel with lots of stairs but location is very good. Owner is very nice and helpful.
Stayed in a six bed dorm, very large room and own Bathroom which was nice. Location wise it is very close to the HBF and convienent to the rest of the city. Staff and the bar were excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable - big tip make the most of the Bavarian regional ticket, it saved us a lot of money. Also their is limited value in doing the tours to Dachau and Fussen as it is better and cheaper to do it yourself.
Spent one night here just sleeping (arrived at 9pm and left for my bus to the airport at 9:30am) so will just say it is a very new hostel, in the centre of all the tourist attractions. Can't comment on the activites or atmosphere. But the staff were very helpfully - planned me a one hour walking tour so i could see all the sights in the morning. Breakfast was the stock standard but overall very happy with this hostel - the terrace on the 4th floor was very impressive - didn't get a chance to use
Great place to stay, in a residental building, slightly older style hostel but loved my stay here - in particular I would like to thank the staff (in particular to Javi - hopefully thats spelt right), who provided me with invaluable advice. Location is only a few blocks from all the attractions and very close to the metro. Not a party hostel but a great place to hang out. Highly recommend the El De Tablao Carmen - Flamenco a bit expensive (EUR45 with tapas) but absolutely amazing.
This is an excellent hostel. I stayed in a 4 bedroom (all single beds no bunks). Plenty of hostel activities - tapas nights, flamenco, walking tour pub crawls. Recommend Tapas & walking tour. Flamenco i missed out on, but it is cheaper in Madrid than Barcelona (not sure of the quality diff). The staff are great and are a great source of information, breakfast was is usual toast and cereal. My only gripe is the computers and internet provided are unreliable but this is only a minor issue.
I only spent 1 night in this hostel basically to sleep (in a six bed dorm) so my comment maybe of limited value but it is an older style hostel, with a small shower but a comfortable place to sleep and with lovely staff. Location wise it is easy to navigate to all the major tourist attractions (via metro) - but it seems that there are very few decent hostels in the centre of the city anyway. The metro pass is cheap so this is not really an issue. It would be nice to have lockers in the roo
Wow - this is the best hostel that I have stayed at. Brand new/really clean, great friendly staff, great location, cool themed rooms and the best breakfast. The entrance is a bit dark at night and the actual entrance takes a while to figure out but other than that this a great place to stay!
Still being renovated but overall pretty good atmosphere, people are friendly. A bit difficult to find but website instructions are good!
