Nice hostel in a quiet, central location. Clean, lockers for valuables in reception (BYO lock), large dorms. Staff understanding of those of us with very poor Spanish. Nice common areas. Good choice.
Stayed 4 days, private room shared bathroom. Clean, close to metro. Joined a couple if tours on offer. Very happy with the quality of service. English and Spanish spoken.
Popular with the European crowd, some 10 min walk (slightly uphill) to the beach and main streets. The food from the onsite restaurant was amazing (have a least on meal there). Dorms were comfortable (single fan) with lockers for valuables in the rooms (wooden) and reception (safer but only accessible 0730-2100). Staff helped organise boat into Tayrona NP and bus back (spoke English, Spanish and some French). Wonderful, non-party (at least when I visited) and busy hostel (book ahead).
Not in the main part of Santa Marta, next beach west in a quiet residential neighbourhood. 7-9 min walk from a very nice beach. Alan and Jessica (owners) were very knowledgable of the area (including Taganga and Tayrona NP) and made me feel very welcome. Lockers for valuables are available in the rooms. Bunks have curtains, individual fans (needed in the Carribean), charge point and lights. The pool area is terrific. English and Spanish spoken. A great hostel to chill. Stayed twice!
Nice new hostel in a decent location. We stayed three nights in 10 person dorm, beds and bathroom very good. Staff very helpful with advice and airport transfer. Recommended.

Nice, basic hotel in a good location. Restaurant and bar downstairs. Locked front door.
Nice hostel, right near the tower. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean. Recommended.
Good location (Bled is small). Staff very helpful. Good value for money. Beautiful spot.
Very nice hostel, very close to old town. Easy to get from train station via bus, excellent directions. Staff were very helpful.
Good location, staff know how to run a hostel and are very knowledgable about Tbilisi and surroundings. Very clean.
A lovely newly renovated hotel in the heart of the old town. Lovely outsior area and virws from the roof. Staff were terrific, directions few but I was able to find it using google maps and counting streets. You might like to accept their offer of assistance.
Stayed the one night with Scotty. Berat's a beautiful town, the old fortress good for a couple of hours walking around.
Great hostel in a good location. Nice garden area to relax in. Staff were wonderful, Vivi a real talent.
Lovely hostel right in the city centre.
Staff excellent, location near the bus station very good. Nice hostel in an interesting city.
Great location and staff. Directions make sense when you arrive at the bus station (look for the PTK building). City is really good value. Recommend day trip to Prizren (doesn't need more than a few hours in town).
Not a bad place, expensive for the town but few hostelworld options. Great breakfast, helpful staff. If arriving at the bus stop Harris runs a cafe across the road (hexagonal glass kiosk). He was very helpful with directions and can sort out accom/taxi if required. Terrific food as well.
A welcoming hostel about 15min walk front the train/bus station or a short tram ride. Staff were very helpful with things to do and see. I really enjoyed my stay (2 nights). They can do laundry overnight.
Great location, terrific staff. Did their one day Montenegro tour (Slavok the guide was knowledgable and fun) which gave a good overview of this small but lovely country. Got a lift to Žabljak (recommended; they run as a one day Tara Canyon rafting trip from Kotor); staying 2 nights at a new hostel owned by former old town manager; fantastic (thanks Alex and Gina).
Great hostel in a terrific location. Staff very helpful. Use of washing machine €2, clothes line out back. DIRECTIONS: from centre (tourist office, mosque, Hotel Rozafa) head towards the train station via Bulevardi Skënderbeu past the yellow post office for another 150m. Hostel in a small lane on right, see name on gate.
Very good location, in the old town near the ferry port. 20min walk from the train station, or short bus ride. Opened May-June 2013 so brand new. Young couple Dave
I spent two nights. The manager is very helpful and friendly. It is only a short walk 15min from Amalfi on the next bay. The directions are a little confusing; get off at the bus stop above Atrani beach and take the steps down to the piazza where you'll find the hostel's breakfast room. The actual beds, and where I checked in, was a short walk away (2min). These directions are posted on the door. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. No lockers for storage, but rooms large
A decent hostel in a wonderful city. I stayed two nights, arriving early off an overnight ferry from Sicily. Good location near the ferry port. Staff helpful with transport options and places to see/eat; I did day trips to Pompeii
Has two locations, I stayed a short walk from the main building. Staff were very helpful; happy for me to leave a backpack for the day after checkout to catch overnight ferry to Naples and gave me a few tips on things to see.
Wonderful hostel in a great little town with beautiful beaches. The front two dorm rooms are used for access to the balcony but the hostel has lockers to secure packs. Balcony to be vacated by 11pm; a policy adhered to by guests when I stayed (2 nights). Nice place to sit in the early evening. Short walk to the bus station, short bus ride then to the train station. Staff were very knowledgeable re bus and train times for onward journey.
Easy to get to/from Valletta by bus. Taxi driver from airport had a little difficulty finding it. Staff were helpful, organised a 4am taxi for me to the ferry. Hostel clean. Wifi was problematic when I stayed (3 nights).
Ok hostel in a decent location. I'd booked their 6-day PaddyWagon tour around Ireland (very good) so the location suited. The rooms, whilst clean, were old and basic. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Short walk to the city centre. Staff very helpful.
Close to the westbahnhoff. Clean. It's a large hostel.
Lovely location overlooking the river. All beds in the room I was in ( ie not bunks). A short walk to town, but a couple of nice cares & bars nearby, including a supermarket.
The 3 bed dorms are a room inside a much larger dorm, strange. The hostel was recommended to me, I find it difficult to believe a better hostel can't be found for the price in Prague.
Great location near the castle. A bit of a walk from the train/bus station. Trams available. Cheaper rooms appear most popular. I had a 4 bed dorm to myself.
