Really liked the friendly reception and willingness to help us with transport and entertainement information nearby the hotel and London centre. The hotel is located in a Family neibourhood, neverthless well served by public transportation. The room was well cleanned, including couple snacks, tea, coffee-milk in the room. We enjoyed the weekend spent in London.

Great location and cleanliness. The apartment has everything we needed for na extended weekend in Amsterdan. Besides the neiborhood is plenty of restaurants and stores.

Best location ever, despite the noise that could be heard from the people happy outside. Really nothing disturbing, specially after spending so good time in this wonderful city. Silvia and Sabino were great. They really made us felling at home and willing to help us on hints to trips nearby Florence and good restaurants.

Pefect location and well organised staff. However, the rules for switching on/off the lights and noise while closing doors were quite annoying. Easy solutions like light sensors and rubber buffers on the doors jambs would make the our stay much more relaxing.
