A good hostel, good quality for price and cleanliness for Paris standards. If I had to think of some negative points it would be: the strange Wi-Fi system, the unfriendly cleaning staff and the small rooms. But to be honest those are all no real problems at all.
Especially when it's your first stay in Istanbul, this is the perfect hostel. Close to all the main sights and near the port/bridge so it's also easy to cross the golden horn/Bosphorus. But also if you've already been to Instanbul it's a great place to stay. Great rooms (no bunks + en suite bathroom), great roof terrace, great staff! Mahmood and Achmed make shure you have a good time with BBQ, shisa, games, tips and parties.
Chelsea Hostel is oké, great and safe location, good prices, but the 'hostel-atmosphere' isn't really there. Small dorms, shakey and limited wi-fi and common rooms that close at 22:00 don't help. Still I would recommend this hostel, it's easy to get around from there and see wonderful NYC!
This is a great hostel, the staff is sweet, helpfull and like to party. They organise great activities and help you find the cheapest and best tours during the day! The hostel is clean and situated perfectly in the main street of Reykjavik. Only negative point I can call is the small roomsize and little ventilation in the room.
A very nice hostel, nice staff, perfect location if you're in for a prty, and a little sightseeing it will suit you. Must say the common area was a bit empty, so not too good for meeting people.
Small but nice hostel, nice staff, perfect location. Guadi's Casa Batlo is around the corner! Almost every night the staff plans trips out so you'll meet people easily.
This is a strange hostel, rooms without windows or fresh air, no charachter at all, staff is unable to handle the most simple taskes and showers with no privacy. To illustrate: the staff hung up posters saying that no alcohol could be used in the hostel, while we were drinking some beers. Their explanation was that it was not allowed, but it was allowed...right..
