Great stay!!! Awesome breakfast at 4€ (which should figure in the property description though), and great hosts! Charming village in beatiful mountain area. My recommandations :)

It's quite okay really, but it's huge which means you won't get that cozy social feeling. Also the check-in took close to 45 minutes and the showers are a little nasty. Not the best wifi in the world! On the bright side close to s-bahn and pretty cheap compared to other places in berlin.

Really great place to stay if you can afford it :) awesome bar area and a nice chill out room as well.. Wifi is quite slow though, but i guess that's the only thing i can think of so that's not too bad, ey?

This hostel definately has the potential to be very nice i think, but at this point you should be aware that it is still very much a work in progress. At the point of our visit there was no kitchen, only one bathroom/toilet for the whole place, no wifi, no breakfast or actualy anything else from the describtion here on hostelworld. We were able to agree on a lower price with a very nice and helpful guy from the staff, but still i suppose the place is really not ready for guests.

It took me a lot of time to decide what to write about this hostel, in the end i can only say that it is SO FREAKIN AWESOME that none of the usual little mistakes or small complaints matters at all. I truly hope to come back soon, never in my more than 6 years of travelling around the world have i stayed at such a wonderful place. Love everything about it from the sixties kinda feeling to the pillow bar area in the epic little garden.. Trust me you'll feel like staying forever!

Nice place to stay in Budapest.. Sweet people working there, nothing much to complain about :) could have used a common room, but easy to chat with other travellers in the kitchen. A little hard to find, look for a smal note on the doorbell. Approx 15 min from the centre, a nice walk along beautiful streets..

Really decent place to stay in Krakow. Biiiig lockers that will fit your whole backpack for free. 15 min from citycenter, and very close to the jewish quarter. Doesn't look like much but the rooms are really nice. Very clean too.. :)

Perfect location and cool cave-like rooms, sleeping on the roof is also very recommendable :) Unfortunately our first room (double) had bedbugs. We were moved to a different with no trouble from the staff, but I must admit I was disappointed when they would not accept their responsibility afterwards and insisted that we ourselves must have brought the bugs with us. It seems disrespectful given that we came directly from the airport, and we even found bugs on the walls that were killed by others

Great experience, really nice people, breakfast with fresh ingredients bought from the local market to match your orders. Great location just 100 m from the bazar and lake. The manager is a former post-office employee so he could advice us about sending stuff back to europe (surprisingly cheap). Wifi didn't work, but the problem is being worked on so it might very well soon be up and running again, and we could use the office computer anytime. My best recommendation :)

Kumbha Palace was an absolutely awesome experience. Really nice staff, good highspeed wifi, perfect location and really great food in their charming little restaurant. We loved the sweet dog and the giant turtle, Max. We decided to stay a night at the Krishna Ranch in a little village outside Udaipur and had a great time there talking to the sweet people of the village, seeing the beautiful mountains from horseback and enjoying the calm atmosphere. My best recommendations!!

Pretty decent place to stay in Mumbai. There's only wifi in the hallway which can get a bit crowded (and I don't really see why they don't just set it up in the rooms as well). We had a little problem with bedbugs, but got mooved to a different room right away when we informed the staff. Breakfast was OK, but if you want something really good they charge you for it. A prepaid taxi from the airport will cost you about 480 Rs so I think that's cheaper than setting up a pick-up with the hotel..

Thank you for the review the wifi we cant set up in the rooms as for that we need a lot of permissions and about the bed bugs we have never come across for such problem.you are the first guest who complained...and for the pick we informed you the charges well in advance... thnak you

Strawberry Hostel Wien

Vienna, Austria

Perhaps the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Prices are a bit high, but not for Vienna though. Straff is really great, and the rooms are just so nice, comfy, clean, big and quiet. Not that you'll have a hard time finding good social life, they actually have a movie playing every night at a big screen in the livingroom! It's a bit far from the center of the city, but it's a good walk there and you can reach the place from the trainstation within 5 min by foot!

Cheap, but please notice the price is without taxes!!!! not to far from the city, although you might wanna take a cap from the trainstation (or walk by directions from locals cause the maps are in english and the roadnames in serbian - they don't match!) Not too clean and we had no water until after 4 pm every day of the stay. Staff is nice though. No breakfast. Cozy size, only 3 or 4 rooms I think. No locks on the doors to the bathroom or toilet. Neighborhood's a bit tough.

Maria Hostel

Perhaps not the most inviting place to look at at first, but the feeling is really good, the staff was nice, you have a fridge in the room, there's always a party (and yet no noise when you hit the beds) and let's face it: the price is excellent. On the negative site it is a bit depressing to look at and the location could be better.

I had an amazing stay in Catania, in part surely because of the great hostel. Perfect location, sweet and helpful staff and free wi-fi in the rooms. All in all I would definately recommend any traveller to try Sveva, it's been a great experience :) You might want to know that they charge 5 euros for use of the kitchen for cooking larger meals, but we used it a few times for smaller purposes and recieved no extra charge. Breakfast is good coffee and a croisant. No complaints there!
