Cheers Hostel

Lovely hostel, friendly, helpful staff. Of the most welcoming we've experienced.. Hostel is located perfectly and we loved the decoration too.. Theres a roofed terrace with a bar and a nice outside area for breakfast. We popped in on our way back through Istanbul because we liked it so much and still felt welcome to hang out for the day. Computers are free. The staff also are knowledgeable about Istanbul and can help you book pretty much anything. Beds are also a bit wider than the average bunk!

The Cat's Pajamas Hostel

Friendly, patient staff. Some of our belongings got stolen in the hostel dorm room however this isn't a reflection on the hostel quality, more just a lesson in keeping things locked in a safe! They were concerned and helped us as much as they could. The bike rental was cheap and bikes were great! Building is modern, spacious and clean. Decent breakfast with a good amount of choice. Would have liked if it was a bit closer to walk to Kreuzberg but its only a few tube stops away.

The hostel was more of a hotel with dorms so if you like this kinda thing! Its very clean and modern with efficient staff and facilities but there wasn't as much of a back packer cosy vibe as some others. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful but couldn't have gone partying with them. Kitchen was good. It is a tube ride to the centre of Amsterdam but this is reflected in the much cheaper price which we needed! The rooms were really nice, loved the dorm ensuite and shower=excellent!
