Nice quiet spot, lovely lake and mountain views. 10 mins from the beach and rail station. Couldn't fault it. The owners are very friendly and Make every effort to make sure everything is as it should be.

Unable to close windows on LG floor room, one was secured only with a small hook. Freezing draught through the gap where the window wouldn't close. Also constant noise of the heating system as the pipework ran along the ceiling of the room in a duct, very hard to sleep.
Great budget hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Not for those looking for luxury, rooms are basic but more than adequate. Great location right between chinatown and north beach. Cable car runs 3 blocks away.
Good budget accomodation, staff are a little rude but this appears to be the norm rather than the exception in Rome. Not walkable from either train station as it is sited on a busy dual carriageway but bus 246 or 247 runs regularly and stops right outside/across the road.
