Great place if you are flexible. Things seemed a bit unorganized as we had to change room after one night and some other guests did as well. Sandra was super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The entrance is a bit hard to find because there is no sign at the door. The breakfast is simple but ok. Overall we would absolutely recommend the place if you are looking for a nice, central place for a more than fair price.

The common room where you could eat was on the 5th floor (there was a fridge, plates, coffee machines) and the kitchen to clean dishes and/or cook on the 2nd so that was a little inconvenient because you couldn't clean the dishes on the 5th floor (unless you use the bathroom). But not a big deal.

Alpes Huaraz is a really nice hostel. Is very cozy and the people who works there is amazing. Mrs Rosa treaths you like one of her own family, really nice. The rooms are clean and you have hot water, free wifi and if you want to stay more hours after your checkout there is no problem, you go to the living room and watch some movies. It´s an hostel than have a great enviaroment. They help you with any dude that you have on the tours or places to go and is close to everything but still quiet.
