Despite the fact that staff spoke only spanish and portuguese, this hostel was one of my favorite hostels ive stayed at! The location was the best possible, in the middle of the city centre, but on a quiet part of the road. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The decor is colorful and makes the place feel like a home.
The staff at this hostel was completely clueless about everything and not helpful at all. Breakfast was included in the stay, but coffee had run out and there was only one piece of bread left even though the hostel was almost empty. The location is ok, 10min walk from the old town. This is an ok hostel for one night stay, but definitely recommendable for a longer stay or if you want to meet new people and discover Sintra and the surroundings.
The private double we stayd in was a gorgeous room with its own bathroom. Staff was mediocre, not as helpful as they could have been, but quite friendly. The hostel is located a walking distance from the center, and has a nice little garden and bar of its own. The hostel feels very clean and safe.
Very nice and clean hostel. Location is good, walking distance from everything. Staff was friendly but not extremely helpful...
This is a very nice hostel with extremely friendly and helpful staff! The location was perfect and the restaurant recommended by a staff member became our local go-to lunch place. This is also a perfect hostel to stay at if you want to make new friends and explore the night life of Lisbon!
really nice hostel! excellent location, the food market down the street was a big plus and dorms+ common rooms were cozy. staff could have been a bit more friendly, but all in all a very good hostel for that price!
