Positive- friendly staff and access to a computer. Negative- very dirty and no fly screens and unable to close the window as the air cooler was in the way.

Nice staff although very basic and could have been cleaner. Had some problems with water leaking in our room. There were nicer places in Pushkar. It was cheap though. Good breakfast. Note- the only room with an ensuite has an squat toilet and no sink.

Vinayak Guesthouse

The best hostel we have stayed in in India! The family who run the guesthouse are lovely and we never felt that they had "business links" with places or people they recommended. The room was large, bright and very clean. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and the food is cheap and tasty. The guesthouse is a 5-10 minute walk to the train station however a short auto ride into town. The peace and quiet of the guesthouse is worth the short auto ride. Highly recommended!!

Good location and friendly staff. They ran a fantastic free walking tour. Only one key per room so we were woken up both nights at 1am when other guests were needing to be let into the room.

HIghly recommended. This guesthouse is within a lovely 50 year old couples large home. Small but comfortable bedroom. Very clean and we had access to the family's kitchen. Despite the couple not speaking English, they were always very friendly and welcoming. The couple were very hospitable and provided coffee, freshly baked bread and a trial of some Montenegro dishes!!! This experience has definitely provided us with the insight into their culture. We were given bicyles for free hire.

Great location and good pizza/ coffee from the reception area/ take away at the front. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. We were based in the 6 bed dorm which actually had a door seperating our 2 beds with the other beds although this meant that there was no light or air from the windows. Small kitchen. Nice free welcome drink.

Castle Hostel 1004 - Bled

The owners are actually currently renovating the Castle Hostel so we stayed in Ace of Spades. Brand new hostel with fantastic kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff although sometimes it was hard to locate them and quite a few people had problems trying to find the place. In 2 weeks, the owner said that he will have built a reception area which will resolve this issue. The owner drives guests to the vintage gorge for free. The 4 bedded room was quite small.

Hello! Thank you for your comment! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! As for the guest kitchen, we would also prefer a bigger one, unfortunately our building does not offer any more space, so we at least tried to make the best out of it. We would be pleased to welcome you here in Salzburg or in any other MEININGER again in the future! Best wishes Your MEININGER Salzburg Team

Modern and clean hotel with lots of faclities (most with a charge). Friendly staff. The kitchen was under renovation and there is no access to a fridge. The breakfast was a little too expensive. The walk into the Old Town was approx 20 minutes however it is very onvenient to the train and bus station.

Highly recommended. The staff were fantastic- very welcoming, helpful and not pushy regarding tours (despite their tours being in my opinion the cheapest and best tours available). The rooftop terrace was lovely and social. The breakfast was great and the sunset tea and cake each evening was always a treat. The restaurant was very economical and tasty. Our room had A/C + fan and was clean. The cheapest place that we have stayed in Egypt yet and definitely a place where we felt at home.

Convenient location and cheap. The common area typically had local men smoking in it so not really a place for a non-smoker or someone wanting respite. A little pushy on booking tours and we felt a little guilty not booking their overpriced tour quote. It did the job for a couple of nights.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, great facilities and excellent location. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommended. Only negative was that on one night the people on the room above us were having a party in their room. At 11:30pm I went to the staff to ask if they could ask these people to be quiet/ go out and I was advised that the staff can not leave the Everton and therefore nothing could be done.
