Great location and amazing value for the price! :) The staff was very friendly! :) Would definetly reccomend this place to anyone going to London. If there was anything negative it was that the showers were a bit cold and the toilets very small, but for me personally that is not enough to not stay here again! :D

Would not recommend. Spacious, clean rooms. But the value you get for the money you spend is just ridiculous. 35 dollars for two people in standard room, no breakfast, strange (not bad, just strange) smell, shower in a bucket (which I don't mind in the cheaper backpacker places), paper thin walls (could hear my neighbor snore all night) and ice cold.Plus a mandatory 10% "service fee".Not a bad place in itself, but for what you are paying and what else you could get in Darjeeling for that price.

A "real" backpackers dream! This is a basic but clean place, a family guesthouse filled with wonderful people from all over the world! If you are a bit social and outgoing you can really have an amazing time here! We made some wonderful friends and had a great time! And people have nothing but great things to say about this place and it's wonderful owner! We took the shared bathroom, no warm water and squatting toilet, but we found that this was really not a problem for us at all.. RECOMMENDED!

Would stay here again. The bathroom in our first room smelled quite bad, but closed the door so it didn't leak in to the room so was okay. They don't clean your room or give you fresh towels. But brought the towels down every other day and requested new ones and they gave me this. Also emptied my own trash. So if you take a little care of yourself this is a okay place to stay for a longer time, probably great for just a little while;) Free internet and breakfast is a plus!

Hue Backpackers Hostel

Great hostel, would recommend to anyone. The rooms and beds were a bit smaller than all the other hostels we have stayed at in Vietnam, but still okay:) And also since the hostel also is a bar/restaurant it might be a bit more difficult to meet new people, since not everybody there is backpackers living at the hostel.Or to describe it differently, its like trying to be social with strangers out drinking with their friends in a crowded bar. But we met some cool people in our room so it worked out!

Our home away from home when we were here! They can help you with absolutely everything from traintickets to visas to wonderful tourist trips:) Will absolutely recommend them to anyone, and we kept coming back to stay here everytime we left for some place and came back to Hanoi before moving on. So did a whole bunch of other people! We also met a LOT of cool people here:)

Really great hostel, walking distance to everything. The rooms designed for 4 people are quite small, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!:)
