Doesnt seem like there is any other place to stay in San Andres. The staff are nice and helpful for booking activities on the Island. Kind of tough to meet people being a solo traveller. The hostel lacks a central common area to hang out in. Rather is are small areas on each of the floors which doesnt really work. At least half of the people that stay here are colombian travellers so its not much of a gringo hostel.
A nice place only if your focus is for studying Spanish. Though there are no lockers it's really secure. Rooms are very nice and everything is clean. However this place really lacks a nice lounge area to chill out and socialise. Curfew is ridiculous you get kicked out at 930pm even if you're having a couple if quite beers.
Really nice chill hostel
This place has a lot of potenial, the outdoor area is great fo chilling with other travellers however it would be way better with comfy couches and a bit of TLC. The hostel is kind of dirty and lacks a decent indoor lounge area. The beds suck if your´re a tall person. Having said all that I enjoyed my stay there and met cool people.
Cant fault this hostel. Staff were really nice, helpful, and know how to run a good hostel. Great location, great atmosphere for socialising with fellow travellers. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely staff. Good facilities. Not suited for solo travellers
Good atmosphere here. As a solo traveller it's the place to stay. Only need two nights in Valdivia. One bathroom is not ideal but its manageable
