America del Sur Hostel Buenos Aires

Quite Commercial! Small kitchen. But: rooms with aircon, 4 beds, toilet, shower. Hostel got robbed during my visit but I felt quite safe. Staff ist really friendly, but again the hostel is commercial and they advise expensive tours rather than cheap alternatives.

Great hostel with nice bedrooms. But: it's quite commercial and you have the feeling that the staff's advices are sometimes money-driven. Hostel got robbed during my visit. The common area is nice but not a unique meeting point for backpackers.

Great hostel in a safe area. I would recommend this hostel to everyone visiting Sao Paulo. They know exactly what you have to visit.

Hostel Recanto Azul

The hostel is near to bus station and old town. It's maybe the best option for a short stay in Paraty. But the staff doesn't speak English as well as many guests.

The hostel is great, in a street with security guards. Perfect connection to the subway. It's good to meet other people but also a lot of southern americans who don't speack english. The rooms with aircon are great, I would not recommend the others. Please be aware that you should not get near to the beach at Botafogo, I was robbed even one block away from the beach. I wouldn't recommend to walk further than to the metro in that direction.
