Nice hostel, location close to the sky train so easy to get around, it's in kind of a posh area of town. Hot showers/clean bathrooms. The pod beds were nice with lights and a charger, and the mattress was comfy, but the keycard operated doors were super noisy.

I loved my stay here! Booked 3 nights to start and stayed 6 overall. The owners are so warm, friendly, and helpful--we exchanged big hugs goodbye-- and whenever a new person walked in they'd introduce them to whoever was hanging out in the lounge. Beds were sturdy with locker storage beneath, ac was good, showers were warm, and the place felt clean. I love the location, just outside the old city and close to the night bazaar and Wararot local market. Took the art class, it was fab. I'll be back!

It's in a beautiful resort complex with a hammock area and a couple balconies/raised patios. Beds are ok, bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, there's ac, and there are small lockers and the rooms lock. The only bummer is that the location is a bit outside of town. I opted to pay a bit more for this place because of the free yoga, but during my stay they didn't have a yoga teacher. They lent me a mat so I could do it on my own, though.

Great location. The atmosphere was a bit meh- hangout area was not very cozy but people still chilled and chatted. Clean rooms and bathrooms, no a/c so nights got a bit hot but not unmanageably so.

Cute place down the street from Klohng Nin beach. It's low season in May and this is a quiet stretch of the island, so there were almost no other people (I came with a group) but the staff are super lovely and there's a cute cat wandering the area. Hot shower, comfy bed, good ac!

Really lovely hostel in a great location near the beach, quick walk to the busier part of town. Super clean, nice private bed cubbies, hot shower. Breakfast is modest but tasty-toast with butter and marmalade, a boiled egg, and really good coffee, the cafe has delicious food all around. The room and the food is a little pricey but it's a very chic and relaxed place with nice facilities.

This is a lovely hostel that almost felt more like a hotel. Really nice wide beds with curtains, very clean, free breakfast and friendly staff. And very chic decor. About a 10 minute walk from the MRT, I liked the location which is tucked away from the chaos but still fairly close journey to Chatuchak or Rot Fai markets

Great location a short distance from the main strip, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Easy to hang out and meet other travelers, the family that runs it is really nice, and the place felt pretty clean. Shower in the middle of the day or in the evening--the showers are solar powered and take some time to heat up!

Only a quick trip here but I really enjoyed my stay. Awesome staff, comfy beds, hot shower. Since I was only in Delhi for a day I can't really comment on the location, but the hostel ran a super fun tour to Akshardam Temple and a couple markets. Common area is cute, breakfast is tasty.

I don't hand out 10s across the board often, but this hostel was fantastic! Great location, good beds, clean, cool atmosphere/rooftop, but what really made it was the amazing staff. Sandeep, Sunny, and the guys are the best--they're fun and friendly and good at bringing everyone together. Thanks so much, guys!

Cute homestay with a good location. Kim and her family/staff are really chill and happy to chat, they're also very helpful and give good recommendations. Breakfast was nice and big, bed was fairly comfy, hot shower--all the necessities ticked off my list. Stayed as a small group, itwas a pleasure, all of us said if we wind up back in Hue we'd happily stay again :)

Cute homestay with a great location- only 10 minute bike ride from town (bikes are free to rent), hot showers, fairly comfy beds (no bunks!) and free breakfast was yummy. The family who runs it is really lovely, and Binh is an absolute delight, she'll sit you down upon arrival and give you loads of tips and recommendations. There isn't a ton of "atmosphere" but the tables and swing bench set up outside are nice for breakfast in the morning, and you meet people in the room.

I cannot adequately express how much I loved staying at Lucky's. I've been on the road for 4 months and this is my favorite! Lucky is such an amazing, caring, accommodating host--my first night he took the entire group to the night market first for dinner (his treat!) then to walk around, the second night he cooked! I sprained my ankle and he went to the pharmacy and bought cream/took care of me. Also, fewer beds means you meet everyone staying, so it's like a big slumber party. Thx Lucky!

Party hostel, which is fine if you're into it. It's a large complex so ya a bit impersonal, but they host events every night to get people together. I only stayed in Mui Ne one night, beds were comfy and the room was spacious, bathrooms were clean. Sitting out by the pool was nice but it would have been nicer if they weren't blasting club music.

I was only in Jakarta for a night and I didn't do a proper wander so I can't really comment on the location, but this hostel was cool! Good lounge with pool and a spot to watch movies, the rooms had private pod beds that were fairly comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Loved my stay here! The staff are all really friendly / helpful / cool to chat with, breakfast switched up every day and it was always tasty, great location, warm showers (!) and good atmosphere overall. I stayed one night in a private room then switched to the dorm The private room was comfy and cute with a nice big bed, and the dorm beds were Saturday and had large lockers to put all your stuff in so the floors weren't covered in everyone's things. Fabulous hostel, I'll be back!

Loved my stay at Joker--the room was beautiful with friendly staff who were always happy to help, breakfast was delicious (banana pancakes or omelette), and the location was a short ways from downtown Ubud, in a lovely area for exploring. The back porch was a fantastic spot to kick back, it's where everyone in the hostel hung out and met each other. I would love to come again!

Great hostel! Felt very spacious, loved all the natural light and the open kitchen and lounge, and the sundeck. The bar below didn't get too loud and it was nice to go shoot pool for free (unavailable Friday and Saturday nights, but that's fair). Location seemed pretty central from what I could tell--I spent a lot of time outside the city so I didn't get to explore as much.

Great location in town, my room had a great view, and it was nice to have an ensuite bathroom. The rooms are super narrow which is a bit annoying, also they advertise free wifi but really it's only in the downstairs lounge/reception, and only from 7am to 7pm, and it's super shotty--you have to pay to get reliable internet. Solid place to stay though, I didn't find it to be *too* party hostel-y.

Awesome location. Very college dorm-esque. The rooms are fairly spacious although the beds are really uncomfortable. The lounge is comfy and there's a pool table (for $2/game), there's also a small free dinner at a pub a few blocks away, and the hostel organizes a walk over there with everyone. Key card security is convenient, bathrooms are clean. Only annoying thing (other than the beds) was that since it's such a large hostel, storing food in the fridge means it can be tricky to find later.

Hey Thanks for your great review. Apologies if you found your bed uncomfortable, we are in the process of swapping out worn mattresses to ensure that our guests get a great night sleep. Hopefully in the future we will have more storage space in the kitchen. Hope to see you again. Thanks The Nomads Crew

Nice little hostel in Wanaka. Staff were friendly and helpful, good location, beds weren't too squeaky, and I enjoyed that it was small and thus not terribly crowded. You only get 500mb of free wifi/day, but you can purchase more from $2. They also had mountain bikes for hire, $20 for the day--really good thing to do if you don't have a car.

Great hostel-love the pods, it's convenient to charge electronics/gives a bit of privacy. Great hostel! Awesome location next to Cuba St., Te Papa Museum, and the bay. Free pancake breakfast and dinner is nice--dinner is at the pub next door, not all that big but it did the trick for me. The staff were mostly friendly although there were a couple desk assistants that were a *tad* snooty. Only real downside was that the rooms get quite stuffy even with the windows cracked, and the beds are super super creeky. Tiny issues though, I would definitely stay again.

I loved India House! Good location, friendly staff, and great courtyard and pool area, and for an awesome price. The shower that I used was a little wonky but nothing unmanageable. I was a bit annoyed to see that they don't have enough lockers for all guests, but the dorm rooms are locked so just keep your valuables on you and you're good. Otherwise, I was travelling alone and felt totally safe there. I will definitely stay at India House next time I'm in NOLA!
