Pension Stadthalle

Vienna, Austria

The room was very small and it was in the half-basement floor. What bothered us the most was that the bathroom was built-in the room as a part of the room - as in the containers (you could see inside and hear inside the bathroom from the room). Otherwise, the room was clean, but we didn't feel very good in it - the atmosphere was not pleasant, it was dark and small. The breakfast costed 12 EUR per person, so we rather ate it in the nearest cafe. Parking in the garage cost 14 eur/night.

Guest House Merlin

Prague, Czech Republic

The hostel has a good location - a short walking distance to Charles Bridge. The room we got (double bed private) was very great - big, with very comfortable bed, with 2 extra sofas, two chairs, a table and a refridgerator. We had a private bathroom. The room had a view on the Castle. The athmosphere was great and it was great value for the money. We could also get a parking place in front of the hostel for 20 EUR per 3 days. The breakfast is 4,5 EUR per day, but it is good value for money.

Pension Danny

Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic

The hostel was very clean, nice and cosy. The location is great - right in the centre of the old city. They even serve you breakfast in the room, which is a very nice treat. Despite low temperature outside, the room was very warm. We liked it there.

Alibi T60

Piran, Slovenia

The air conditioning in the rooms didn't work. The toliet (and shower) is very small. It is not very clean.

Hotel Sabina

Brussels, Belgium

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly stuff. It would only be good if they also had water to drink at breakfast. Otherwise, the rooms are very clean, they clean they everday. There are towels available and the beds are very comfortable.

The location is perfect for early flights. The rooms are vintage and the furniture is old. But it is very handy to oversleep directly on the airport.

The Branches

Galway, Ireland

The hostel is extremely nice and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful, from Irish breakfast, to collection of cereals, tea, coffee, yougurts, eggs, cheese, etc. The owners are very helpful and very kind, it is a family-run business. The facilities are new, very nicely decorated and very clean, rooms are warm and cosy. It is like a real 5 star hotel. There is also free parking provided. It is a place where you feel like at home. A great value for the money.

Killarney Railway Hostel

Killarney, Ireland

The hostel was very nice and comfortable. There was parking provided. The breakfast was ok and also the kitchen was nice. It was a bit cold in the room at night. Otherwise the atmosphere was very nice.

Sheilas Cork Hostel

Cork, Ireland

We liked the cleanliness and the character of the hostel. It was very comfortable and nice, but it was a bit cold in the room. What we didn't like it that it says on the webpage that there is parking, but you actually have to pay for the parking in front of the hostel (2 EUR/hour).

Citi Hostels

Dublin, Ireland

The rooms were dirty, there were hair on the bed, in the linen and on the floor. And the showers and toilets were very old and non-attractive. The bed was worn-out and uncomfortable to sleep in. The window was broken in the way that you couldn't close it in order to protect the room from someone entering the room through the window. Otherwise, the staff was really friendly and helpful, but the facilities would need improvement or renovation.

Abercorn House Hostel

London, England

Nice comfortable rooms and beds. Nice location with good connections to the tube, to bus etc.

Venice Chic

Venice, Italy

The staff was extremely friendly and the receptionist helped us with advice about the city (where to go, what to visit, provided us a map and showed as top locations on the map). The hotel was cosy and friendly.
