Don Santiago remains one of my favorite hostels. One year after my first visit, it still has this good vibe and homely atmosphere. Therefore I love small hostels. Breakfast and comfortable beds are an absolute PLUS!

Hostel is located in the middle of the town centre. Staff is very friendly. Private rooms are good, the 4 bed dorm on the roof is very humid and dampy. My bed was smelly because of that. No lockers in the private room. Most adorable dog, which you are allowed to take for a walk.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Maybe not the place to meet directly new travel friends since it is a mix between a hostel and a hotel. Restaurant serves nice food for a reasonable price.

Very chilled out hostel at the beach. Rooms are basic, but you don't need more at the beach... Good place to relax and rest!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They let me have a bed already when I arrived very early in the morning after a long bus ride. Bunk beds are a bit wobbly... could get some extra screws :-). Roof terrace is nice to chill out after a hike, and view is amazing from there. Breakfast is average, but for just a few soles you can pimp it. Definitely can recommend this hostel!!

5 bed dorm is indeed a bit cramped. Only 4 lockers available for 5 beds... and 2 of them not working. Staff is friendly. Beds are comfy enough to give you a good night rest. Roof terrace is really nice. Kitchen basic. Breakfast is fine. Overall had a good stay here, booked 2 nights extra.

The staff was so friendly to let me into the room when I arrived early in the morning, feeling sick. Location is fantastic, as is the roof terrace. Breakfast is good, beds are comfy. The 6 bed dorm has beds with curtains and each bed has its own light and electricity point! Very nice hostel to stay at!!

Staff is super friendly and does its very best to remember your name. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the breakfast is a good start of the day. In the evenings/ at night it gets a bit chilly in the common areas.

Big hostel, with all facilities such as a bar and travel agency. Personally I like the smaller hostels, but this was a nice big hostel and the bar wasn't a problem to get a proper sleep. Staff is OK, but if you want to book an extra night or so, they first tell you to pay instead of checking whether they even have a bed available. Not very warm... Breakfast, beds and showers are good and the building itself is beautiful!

Nice hostel with pool and bar. Good to meet other travelers. 4 bedroom I stayed in was very small however, but it was further away from the bar, so better for a good night rest. Beds are comfortable! Breakfast is standard.

Big hostel, normally not my favorites, but this one is quite nice. The bar is a good opportunity to meet other travelers, but might also give you a little less sleep. Very handy is the fact they have a travel agency in house. Overall I really liked this hostel.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Carina and Gabriel, thank you!! 4 bed room dorm was big enough. I even had a single bed instead of a bunk. Enough toilets and showers, never had to wait. Lounge area is not the best, but good enough. You are more likely to meet up with people in the or dining room.

It's the 3rd time I am in this hostel and it starts to feel like home! Great staff and best breakfast! Beds are really comfy as well. Can be a bit noisy, but hey, that's why they invented ear plugs!

Best bed, pillow and breakfast ever in a hostel! Ignore the breakfast comment from a previous person, really nonsense! Also the comment about the noisy wooden floor is in my opinion a bit overdone. Yes, it does make a sound, but not that much you cant sleep. Otherwise, use earplugs! Not too big hostel, 20 beds, which I really like. Relaxed atmosphere! Will go back for sure when I get back in Santiago. Thanks guys for the great stay!

Great hostel, one of the best I have been so far. The staff really does its utmost best to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. Kitchen facilities are the best I've ever seen in a hostel. Beds are not reallycomfortable, but good enough to have a proper rest. Location is not very central, but because of this, most of the guests stay in the hostel to cook dinner and have drinks afterwards, which makes it a good place to meet people. I really want to go some time again tot this great hostel!

Nice hostel on a good central location with friendly staff. Rooms in the front are noisy because of the traffic. You have access to the roof terrace of the Estoril hostel which is on the 6th floor. Nice for meeting other travellers.
