San Andres Island, Colombia

The hostel is centrally located close to the beach. The breakfast is buffet style. The staff is helpful. But I had two reservations, I paid both, but one wasn`t uploaded to the system. So when leaving the staff asked me to pay for one of the reservations I told them that I had already done so, but I was asked to bring the receipt, of course I had already trash it. All of this loosing time to my transfer, finally founding the signed receipt with the amount for both reservations. None apologized,

The place its clean, but its just to sleep. There is no kitchen, breakfast or common areas. But its close enough to a subway station and walking distance to the city center. The actual rooms may be in a different building.

Its a party hostel, very pretty, clean and modern. The privates are like hotel rooms (since they are in a different building, there is no problem with noise), with quality furniture. The staff its extremely nice, the showers did not have hot water at night, but upon telling the staff that, they gave us vouchers for free breakfast, and the hot water did work in the morning. Beware that the coffe in the bar its not up the quality that one expects from Italian coffe. Wifi works everywhere.

Really easy to get there, but beware that the neighborhoud its not so nice (its safe, but not pretty). There is no breakfast, the wifi works, its clean (the lady who cleans makes a magnific work), the kitchen can be used, but its small and the rooms don´t have much space. The staff is nice and helpfull. 24 hr reception.

This hostel is just soooo cheap, and in Rome no less! The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the showers have hot water, the wifi works, you can use the kitchen and there is no breakfast. The walls have some pages of mangas pasted on, so that was nice. There is no elevator, and you can end up in a different location after the check in, one that is actually closer to termini station. Sadly is always likely to be full due to the low price, when I would like to book this place.

The place does not have breakfast, is reeeeally close to the train station and there are NO bridges to pass with baggage to get there, a HUGE plus. Doesn`t have a kitchen, its actually just a typical low budget hotel, not a hostel. It`s clean and the bathrooms are beautiful, and are in every room.

The place is in a nice location, does not have an elevator, the wifi works, has a big kitchen, the bathrooms don`t have a shower curtain so anytime someone showers its impossible not to make a mess: a very simple thing to amend. Its clean enough. Carmelo, the owner its not usually there, but he was ultra sure to be there around the time of the check inn, and was ultra nice. The rooms, specially the dorms that are bigger get cold in winter. Overall a very nice place, I recommend it.

This place is magical. From the beautiful nativity decorations in the house of the owner (where the check inn is made) to the awesome antique -but clean and functional- furniture, that I cannot say enough how gorgeous is. And the lovely balconies on each room with a view to the castle. I never been to a place soooo clean, everything is sparkling. The rooms are also spacious. And the owner was nice, when we needed a bigger pan to cook, he found one (the place has a small kitchen)

The place is nice, includes breakfast in a coffe nearby and its clean. Its close to the train station. But the bathrooms -while clean- smells very bad, because the plumbing is old. The beds are a little uncomfortable. The owner is really cool.

It cannot be closest to the train station, so if you are going to visit Pompey or other places its ideal. Its spotless clean, includes a voucher for coffee and a pastry in a delicious caffè nearby and the staff is nice. But the manager of the place doesn`t speak Italian or English very well so the communication may not be easy. Wife is free and works fine.

The place was OK, but our first room had bedbugs. The staff was very nice and change us to another room, this one was a lot nicer than the first one. It was really awfull to see those things full of blood. There is no breackfast, but the Mojo cafe in front of the hostel is to die for. The neighbourhood is beautiful and so trendy.

The hostel is BEAUTIFUL, there are copies of famous Rembrandts, Tiffany lamps, and antique furniture everywhere! It's a little far away from the metro and the cleanliness in the kitchen its not great, but the rest of the place is spotless clean. There are people living there sort of long term and they are extremely nice, but since they are friends and live there, there may be noises until late.

The place is like in front of the monastery in Belen, so its lovely located, but afar from the center of Lisbon. The kitchen has all you need, the bathrooms are new and clean, but the stained glass makes it a little awkward. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was awesome!!! The bread is like homemade or something.

The rooms are too cold, the blankets had p**s odor, the rooms are too humid smelling and the bathrooms... ohhh the bathrooms: they are in a corridor totally filthy, the guy that cleans them doesn´t even have cleaning products, the walls have s**t grafitti in them, the showers don´t have hot water all the time and parts of the door are broken. The breakfast is very poor and the staff brings it after the students that live there leave to school to p**s them off or something. Don´t arrive at night

The staff is like the best I had seem in all my life, they are kind, very helpfull and they work sooooooo much and so fast, watching them is like another tourist attraction! Miguele is a genius!!! The place is ok, but its sooo cheap for staying in the center of Amsterdam. We were surprise for the cleanliness, because the reviews from tripadvisor were soo negative in that regard. Free towels, hot showers 24 hs.

The owner told me when I arrived that she was having lunch and that it will take 20 minutes for she to arrive, almost pissing my pants, that wasn´t nice to hear. At breackfast she offered to a couple of Italians espresso coffe, but not to us. On the other hand Its a beautifull B&B, nice bathrooms, you can pay with a credit card, our rooms had acces to the garden, they charge you for using the kitchen but only if you don´t clean after yourself. Close to everithing in Siena.

The place is in the heart of Istanbul, one block from hagya sofya. The breackfast is very varied, It even includes the tipical turkish tea. Spotless clean. They are making some renovations right now so it can be bothersome. The staff is extremely polite and helpfull, but the guy in the afternoon has a sort of snobby attitude, but is helpfull nevertheless. I readed on some comments that there is a kitchen, but it was not the case.

Beautifull mosaics and marbles. Extremely helpfull and kind staff. BUT the bathroom/guest radio is less than optimal, so expect to wait a LOT to shower. And you can hear all the noises from the doors, so no sleeping after 8:00 or at night if someone is asleep talking on the little tables on the corridor. Breackfast acording to price.

Lovely hostel, the staff was on of the nicest that I had seen. Beware that the best things in breackfast are brought about 9 am, like the panqueques with dulce de leche! The bathrooms are clean but uncomfortable, the showers splash all over the place. The free wine makes wonders of socialization.

The lady in the reception desk was clearly confused, I booked through hostelword and she told me that it was imposible, that they don't work with them, and that they were full, but she was helpfull and found another place for the same price. Calling the owner she discovered, that yes they work with hostelword and that my booking was registered, but they still were full so I had to travel with all my luggage up to four floors of stairs in another hostel, this place doesn't have an elevator either

They confused my towels with the hostels, so took them to cleaning, I had to leave returning for a few hours a week later and they promise they will leave them in a bag for me to pick them up, leave a note and tell all the recepcionists. When I came to take them noone knew and there was no bag, but I found 2 out of 5 of my group towels in the back room, a coat that was lost the week before in the hostel, and I asked about it back them and was told that there was none, They gave me 3 hosteltowels

The staff is extremely accomodating and helpfull! The only downside to the place is that there is no elevator and there are only two bathrooms for more than 30 people, so you have to run when you hear that someone is leaving! The breakfast is practicaly nonexistant, only coffe, milk and some horrible prepaked croissants. The place is very clean, wifi works and is free. The location is incredible for the money. Will definetly come again!
