Great hostel - nice rooms, very fun bar that you can meet local and hostelers at, and a nice staff! This definitely is the winner of Zagreb.
Great location, setup, and staff. This was much more social of a setup than like Grandio. I expected the cleanliness to be a little poor, and it was, but still tolerable. Worth the sacrifice for the fun hostel.
Excellent little spot to relax in the High Tatras. There's a couple restaurants nearby, but the bars were pretty much shut up when I was there. Regardless, the hostel crowd can be fun! The hikes nearby are great.
Maybe the best hostel I've stayed at. Amazing staff, nice rooms, good location... AND they gave us free dinner (it was actually good), free beer and shots, and free breakfast. I don't understand how they make a profit, but yeah, highly recommend the hostel!
Very cosy hostel indeed. Perfect to relax and enjoy the quaint town of Olomouc. Nice staff and good facilities!
Amazing staff, nice rooms, and the bar setup was good. The location was pretty close to Old Town. Nice to meet people and the pub crawl could be good, depending on the crowd there.
Good location and nice little hostel in Lubjub. I liked the common room setup - it encourages everyone to talk. The beds were nice and the rooms were clean. The pedestrian walking signal was annoying when trying to sleep, they should encourage turning on fans in every room to cancel out the noise.
Good hostel in Tokyo, better than most for sure. Decent atmosphere. Only downside is the showers on a different floor.
Good hostel for a private stay in Tokyo. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Not much of an atmosphere.
Great, fun hostel that was centrally located. The pub crawls were a good time as well as the shooting trip! The staff is very nice. The only bad thing is there's mostly guys in the hostel, but I think that's just Riga. Def seems like the best hostel in town. The bar and common area are great for meeting people.
Very nice hostel with a very accommodating staff. Good social area to meet people in. Def seems like the best hostel in town.
Great little B&B style place! Very nice rooms, some with amazing balcony views. The family that runs this is extremely nice and accommodating. The beach is great and the restaurant down the street is really good too.
Looks like a resort, but get a hostel crowd. Really nice place and very close to town. Definitely get some bang for the buck. People from the hostel usually go out as a group, but it somewhat depends on the night.
Very nice and clean hostel - the private room I had was like a hotel room. The common area was good as well - nice bar and area to meet other people. The only drawback is the location is a little ways away.
Great hostel, nice and clean rooms. A good location that's at the bottom of town, but closer to the Sapa hills. I think I was there at a down time as there were not a lot of people in the hostel, but it had all the potential for a fun place to be in Sapa. If nothing else, it's well located and has nice rooms and a nice common area.
Awesome hostel in Hanoi. This is or the downtown one should be your only consideration in Hanoi. They arrange a pub crawl each night which is good. The crawl takes you first to the more party oriented downtown Hanoi Backpackers.
Excellent hotel in a pretty good location (walking distance to the main area of town). The owner/manager is very nice and the breakfast is good. The only drawback is that it's not the most sociable place - definitely more hotel than hostel.
Nice hostel in a good location! Walkable to Khao san
Fun hostel in San Pedro! Perfectly located. Great staff, had lots of fun relaxing out in their terrace area.
Great common area, great rooms and beds, and everything is super clean. Sergio is a great host and goes out of his way to show the local spots during the day as well as take people out at night. It's easy to meet people. The free breakfast is the best of any hostel I've ever stayed at. There's also some free happy hour drinks! I walked into a couple other hostels in Antigua and I think this one is the clear winner.
Very nice hostel and a great setup. The only downside for our visit was that we went in off-season and there weren't that many people there. However, definitely has lots of potential. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful.
Great hostel and very clean. A bit of a walk up the hill, but worth it. The family that runs the hostel is so kind and worth the trip. Great dinners. You can stay here and still party at the other hostels so don't worry about that.
This hostel had a great setup, decent rooms, clean facilities, good breakfest. My only issue was it was one of those hostels where there's 20 people in the common room, but everyone is on WIFI and being anti-social. It could have used someone to help organize people to socialize and have a fun night out.
Very fun hostel in Manchester! Well organized!
Very nice hostel. Not as much as a party atmosphere as the other one down the street, but overall great location and good facilities.
Great hostel in St. Pete!!
Probably one of the best hostels in Moscow, but the hostels in Russia overall are lacking.. definitely not as social or as much of a party atmosphere as Central or Western European hostels.
Very nice hostel in Brasov! Good common areas and a pretty close walk to the nightlife. Looks like there's potential to be a party hostel but wasn't too crazy when I was there.
Chris runs an amazing hostel. Great facilities, great location, nice rooms, and great atmosphere. Every night there is an awesome dinner cooked by Adam (on the outside terrace / bbq area) which really brings the whole hostel together. After that, everyone usually goes out as a group, so it's really social. A nice beach is fairly close walking, and the hostel is located between Golden Sands (fun partying, but very young tourist crowd) and downtown Varna (awesome Bulgarian club scene).
The hotel staff was great and extremely helpful. The location was perfect. The hotel organized events made it easy to pick fun things to do.
