Everything a hostel should be. Really friendly staff, constantly staff members cleaning, and one super friendly pup. Will return!

Guesthouse U-En

Awful experience! Room smelt bad and location was quite shady for Osaka. But worst of all...I asked if I could leave my small 1 kg shopping bag with them if I stayed again and I was told no problem. On day I left the girl working told me she had to charge 2300 yen to store the tiny bag of souvenirs for 1 week while I was in Korea. I am disgusted by this. The room was also freezing and the bed felt like a coffin. I don't recommend staying here. There are so much better places in Osaka

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. It's unfortunate to hear you did not enjoy your experience. We are deeply sorry for the misunderstanding, actually you can leave your small bag for free, and it's JPY200 per big bag per day(it's free on check-in day and check-out day). We're sorry the rule wasn't fully clear when you checked out. All of our rooms have air-conditioners to keep rooms warm, please let us know about it immediately so we can fix it, also any other problem. Again, we apologize and wish your rest of journey in Japan great and fun. Guesthouse U-En crew

I never leave bad reviews but decided to in this case. For starters the room was dirty with stains on the bedding. The air condition broke leaving our room like a sauna. I complained but after midnight only a guard is on duty and he had no idea how to fixit or change rooms. The next night it was still broken. The bathrooms are filthy and there is never hot water in the showers. The city tour I signed up for ran 3 hours later than I was told it would. I can keep going but theres a character limit

Wombats City Hostel Munich

This place has gone way down. Hostel is a dump. Wifi does not work. Nothing like the other wombats I've stayed at. Dirty bathrooms. Overpriced breakfast. No atmosphere everyone staring at phones waiting for wifi to work. Don't stay here! Also the bartender came up to me and slapped my shoe and told me not to put it on the table. Yeah....if you want a good time in Munich or at least good wifi, find another place. Bar sucks too

Thanks. I'm so sorry for you putting the shoes on the table. Self destruction will commence in 3...2...1...

I give this place a 100 only cause I hooked up with da hottest chick in my life while staying there. But other than that room was steaming and dirty, bathroom was flooding, staff was always busy. Drinks at bar sucked, staff at bar other than American guy sucked. Was really hot in the bar. Lights and water ran 50 percent of the time. Sucked. Just sucked. Security dudes were cool. Brazilian chick was amazing. Dats all. My recommendation would be go for the party but sleep elsewhere. Clean it up!

Free breakfast was a disgrace. I went to get orange juice and they said they would charge me 6 dollars. Free breakfast was 2 slices of bread and a thing of butter. Also hired a taxi to the airport through them and ended up being a shuttle. Disappointed. Stay elsewhere

Cruz del Sur Hostel

Most of these reviews seem fake. The place is covered in rules...10am isn't just check out you need to leave the premesis. The woman is nice, the man has no social skills whatsoever. Was very rude. The young man who they have doing all the mopping/vacuuming needs to be treated better as well. The only staff member I saw doing manual work and his pay was to sleep on a bean bag. Terrible. This place is a 70 percent at best and hearing another reviewer call the bathrooms sparkling is suspicious

Old City Philly House

Hard to find a good hostel these days (especially in America) and this one was great. Felt at home, staff was very kind and helpful, and vibes were positive throughout my stay. Great location too I didn't have to take public transport once to get to any of the sites or nearby bars. Good times at da Philly house -j

Terrible decision to stay here. Unclean, loud, cramped, and the staff for the most part was very unaccomadating and unhelpful. I normally wouldn't complain about noise but you sleep on a floor of cubicles with 200 other people up and about at all times #neveragain

terrible experience here. need a card key to use rest-room. wifi is very shaky...system they use is rediculous, when it does work..you have to re-login every 5 minutes. super expensive. beds uncomfortable. staff rude. i had them do my laundry for the 8 euro fee and they handed it back to me wrinkled in a basket. also...i had a question once and had to wait 5 minutes for the girl to stop eating. this is a poorly run hostel...so many hostels in berlin find a better one

Best hostel I've ever stated at. The owner is top notch. Treated us more like family than guests, anything he did or ate he offered us as well The location is perfect, near the grocery store, bars, citadel, and main shopping street If you end up in belgrade, do yourself a favor and stay with srdjan at the Madness. He will ensure a good time and you will have a truly cultural experience
