We had a delightful stay at Hostel Flipflop. The staff attended to our every need, and nothing was any trouble at all. We sincerely recommend this amazing little hostel. Thank you!! Francine Rizza, travel writer, Australia

We absolutely love the Warriors Hostel, in fact we loved it so much we decided to extend our visit to Xi'AN. The well appointed rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and are equipt with flat screen TV's and free high speed WiFi. What more could one want?!. Also floors are very clean. No carpet Negative: the restaurant service is far too slow and is far too expensive. This forced us to find other options. Also bathrooms need to have hand towels, shower safety mats and bath mats added.

Although the owners speak absolutely English they did their up-most to make our stay with them e really enjoyable making us feel like part of their family. On the 3rd day of our stay the owner brought out his fishing line and then indicated to us that he would like to take us fishing...somehow by mime he managed to tell us this would be free so off went into the jungle and after an hour or so we had our fish. That night his wife cooked a feast and 3 other guests were invited to join in too.

This little, funky, fun hostel really is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff, namely, Tina, Mary, Pei Pei, Nicky, Min, Fang Fang, Xiao Zhong and Laijunping really work hard at assisting the guests in every way. The staff also speak fluent English which really helps. Congratulations for your great service...you are all absolutely marvelous!

Management and staff of Ngoc Anh hotel offer great customer service. They all made us feel very welcome. unfortunately the dining room really lets this little hotel down, this could be very much improved with the addition of more comfortable seating and lounges. A wonderful added touch to their service was the way in which they came out of the hotel to bid their clients farewell. Thank you very much for such wonderful service.

Not at all sure how this hotel has a good reputation? One of the worst hotels we have ever had the misfortune of staying at. The room was old fashioned, the bathroom dirty and above all the bed was so hard we would have been better trying to sleep on cold cement or a footpath. Staff were also very pushy with tours and were very, very unhelpful. Breakfast was supplied but was very, very poor. Location is a little too far. I would never reccommend this hotel to anyone. Vill Pink House, you

Room was very poor. It was akin to a dog box. The bed and pillows were hard and the T.V. must likely had been rescued from Noah's Ark when it sunk all those years ago. There was no breakfast facilities and a very poor lounge area, however the room was clean, but other than that had nothing going for it. All but one staff member were very unhelpful. Stunning Sogo shopping Centre is only one stop via the sky train so from that aspect it is very conveniently located...but I think there are many better hotels
