where does one start....towels on the floor of bathroom...3 showers in mens toilet...one out of order, other 2 spray the water weak but everywhere, when standing outside the cubicle the water sprays onto you. Both are like that. 2 of the 3 toilets on first floor are crazy small. place isnt clean. The staff are not friendly, especially the one who was in charge. the mattresses *in our room...are 2 to 3 inches thick...no lie there is nothing good to say about this hostel....

some showers have 7 second timers...very annoying toilets by kitchen have 30 second timers....as you sit down, the lights go off staff are mostly irritated especially the owner tv has a broad line running over screen, remote hardly ever work No matter how long you stay, you will be charged £5 to leave a bag over night. toilet roll covers seem to be broken mostly. men's bathroom floor covered in water in the mornings. Bit of stealing going on fridges packed full, stuff in plastic bags, smells

Not a pleasant place to stay. Cramped in the rooms, kitchen is tiny & dirty with a fridge that is just about big enough for 3,filled by 30,non-existent shelves in it. Staff friendly though.Tv room/lounge tiny.

The hostels nice inside, meaning the paintings on the walls. Unfortunately that is as far as it goes. from day1 (been staying here for 3 weeks) the staff have been rude.getting a smile out of ANY of them,..it is not going to happen. Internet....computor goes off while you are on,you have to wait between 5 -10 minutes for it to come back on,and have to speak to a staffmember first to sort it out. Kitchen doesnt have a teabag nor sugar for that matter. £10 beds are advertised, but there arent any

the room was packed. They had a hard time keeping it clean and did not do a good job at it. The fridge is in a state. There is no circulation in the big dormroom and the sleepingcubicle is ridiculously tiny with pillows that seem like a few sheets of paper. Its only when you go and stay in a decnt hostel afte that, that you realise how bad that one was.
