It was like staying a home than a hostel. Skippy was a person good to talk even we couldn't that much. The "terrace" is good to spend time, especially at night when the city was silence. It is easy to find, but you have to climb just a little.
The location is not too bad and if you get used to through hills, it's very easy to get here from the city centre. But the map that the guesthouse give you is not enough for this, you should guess the way. And going to the centre is easier also and it seemed safe to me. (I walked here at 12 at night.) The professor is a very kind and helpful person, he told us a lot of things about Pristine. Wi-fi was not enough and we couldn't connect from our room, we had to go upstairs.

It's far away from the bus and train station, so don't try to walk, take a taxi and don't pay more than 2 Euros. Also, here is a bit far from the center, but easy to reach both by taxi and walk. We booked for 5 bed dorm, but they gave us a 6 bed dorm and make "1 euro discount". The owners is helpful when they are awake, but the hostel is good.
It's like to be in home. The owner's' of the hostel was very kind, very helpful and their advices are very useful. At night, he took us to the bus station. It's an "home" actually and of course one living room which all the rooms open there. So everybody is there and you'll have chance to meet a lot of new people. It's location is very good also, you can easily reach to the center by walk in about ten minutes. So, if you're looking for a place to stay in Belgrade, you should pick here.
We booked for here, but when we arrived to the "Hayat Hotel", they said "if we want, we can stay at Hostel Hayat" and we accept it. It was clean and relax, in a good location... So we didn't stay at Hayat Apartments actually.
This hostel totaly worth to stay that it's in the "center of the center", and also "ensuite" dorms toilets and baths are clean. The staff was very helpful and kind, even we arrived very earlier, they accept our luggages and we walk around Zagreb totally relax.
We stayed cheaper in better places, but it's in Dubrovnik, so must be more expensive i think. Location is not so bad, you can walk through the old town easily down the hill, but can't come back because of the same reason, you have to climb and it's not easy. It is hard to find, it's name is not written, so you should check the "street name" when you arrive. It's only a place to stay, nothing more.
When we've arrived this Hostel, the recepcionist was too slow. Our beds weren't ready. If you want to be close to center, this hostel isn't for you, also if you go this hostel with metro, a hard road is waiting for you, so it'd be better to prefer bus 39 from Gran Via. (I guess last bus is at 22.30, but i'm not sure. I'm sure that there's no night bus like this) But it's clean, although the cleaning was too early. (at 11.00 in the morning, some days you want to sleep.)
It's really in a good location to center - Sol. There isn't activities or funny thing at hostel, but it's a good place to sleep. Clean, comfortable, safe...
What a shame, we could stay here only for one night, but everything was good. Very close to La Rambla, staff was very helpful and hope to stay here again.
