Great activities during the day and a decent enough breakfast. Very much a party hostel. Not so great on days where you need to get up at 5/6 am to start a trek, or if you're dealing with altitude issues and need to sleep. We had drunk people chatting outside our room door at all hours, but the activities they run are supper fun on days that you're up for it. and they ave free tea all day to help with altitude.

stayed here twice (arriving and leaving Africa). they organized a Township tour which was awesome. Not much to do if you have to spend a whole day but they have drivers to bring you into town and pick you up ($). free internet! very clean! Bacon and eggs for breakfast! Would def stay here again.

Climbing Wall! Pool! Pool Bar! There is a volunteer house attached and those peeps all kind of keep to themselves and party hard. There is internet in the lobby but it is only for volunteers so backpackers have to head into town. Good location

This backpackers is pretty much the only nightlife in Vic Falls so everyone converges here at night. Very chill during the day. TThe guy that helps book activities knows EVERYTHING there is to know. Theres a spa (massages/nails). They did not have internet even though they advertised it.

Great place! Stayed here almost a week. They helped me organize all my day trips. I was alone and it was easy to meet lots of cool people. Not directly on the backpackers strip but close enough to get to with no problems walking back at night. I would stay here if/when I head back to Cape Town

Great place. Still very new. super close to the airport. More like a hotel than a backpackers. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport for free which was fanastic. I was only there one night but highly recommend it. They ran all sorts of tours as well so if you're only in Joburg a short time (or dont want to stay in the city) its a great.
