Such a nice hostel, they have everything covered and even come pick you up from the bus stop (make sure you wait on the side where there are no buses). It was such such a nice stay. They had probably the most comfortable beds I had slept in in South America. It was a very quite time when I was there and the family that run the hostel really made me feel welcome. One day they even made me 3 meals! The WiFi is fantastic, almost no drop outs ever. They have great kitchen facilities. Recommended!

This hostel is really great. It' was very quite when I was there but everything is spot on. The kitchen is amazing, lockers are great. Every bed has it's own power socket and fantastic light for reading. The beds are custom built so you are separated from all the other people in the room. The WIFI is the best I have had in South America. The facilities at this place are fantastic.

These are the things that matter to me so I will rate them: WiFi: Not in rooms, only in common area. Medium speed connection but drops out a lot. Kitchen: Full kitchen with everything you need. Lockers: Very large lockers, secure. Sleep quality: Very good, air-conditioner was almost too cool. Beds were comfortable and clean. Common areas: Lots of areas to hang out but people didn't really socialise much.

I will start by saying the staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make this a really fun place. The facilities at this place are very old and most things are broken. The beds are pretty comfortable and the water is hot. The wifi is horrible, drops in and out all the time. The bathrooms are pretty ugly and broken, they may be clean but it's hard to tell because they are so old. If you're looking for somewhere cheap and pretty fun then this place could be OK but don't expect much else.

Nice little hostel close to the main square and everything. The staff were really cool and did everything to make me feel at home. When I was there it wasn't very full and wasn't very lively but overall it was a nice place to stay, beds were nice, water was hot, wifi was good.

This place was really well located in the touristy part of town that has heaps of bars and shops and a really cool feel. I was only here for one night so didn't really get enough of a feel of the city but the hostel was really well run and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I got a recommendation for dinner by one of the staff at a place just down the road which tasted AMAZING and was only a few dollars for a complete meal and a coke.

If you are looking to party this place really delivers. I got to Miami and I was run down and tired from running around for the last few weeks and I didn't get that much chance to party but they ran party nights every day of the week I was there and there was a huge crowd and good atmosphere. The place was so clean, they would clean the floors a few times a day and you would see the cleaners working all the time. Overall if you want a place to party in Miami this is probably the right place.

This hostel was a great hostel. I preferred staying in the centre of the old town when I was there but this place is close enough to everything to not make that a problem. The common rooms were not really that popular here and it felt a little bit deserted most of the time but the bar was great at night and made up for this. The lockers were really big and could fit your whole bag which was great and the security was really great. The place was REALLY clean and everything was well run.

This is a cool little place in Dallas. It feels like a home away from home and is pretty close to the train station from the Airport and that connects to everywhere else. The owner is really friendly and cool and the place is really laid back and chilled. It's a great place to relax and enjoy what Dallas has to offer.

This is a great hostel. The price is high like every hostel in New York but the facilities and atmosphere is really good here. Lots of the hostels I stayed at in America just didn't have a very good hostel feel but this one really felt like a hostel you would find in Europe or a decent hostel anywhere in the world. The location is nice and safe and close enough to everything by subway.

This place is really top notch. It is well located in the Brooklyn area to see everything and the subway connection is pretty good. The price of these places really take you off guard but it's just how much everything costs in New York city. Overlooking the price the staff were extremely helpful and the place was a really cool place to stay to explore Brooklyn and the surrounding areas.

This hostel is one of the best I've stayed in in the US. The atmosphere isn't quite there to match the ones in Europe and the price is very expensive but then again it is an expensive neighbourhood and everywhere in NY is expensive. I wish they had bigger dorms at a cheaper price as most rooms only have 2 to 4 beds maximum. Overall I'd recommend it even just for the neighbourhood and quality of this hostel.

This hostel is not in the location listed. Check your email. This needs to be changed ASAP and is unacceptable. The staff were cool and friendly. There is no privacy in this hostel. There are no locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors. It is far away from anything, you'll need to catch a bus everywhere which was fine with me as they are pretty cheap. Getting to the airport is REALLY easy from here. I think it was 1 dollar on the bus :)

This hostel is pretty dated as with most of the hostels I've stayed at in the US. There are a real mix of people staying here which I like. The common area is pretty small but met a few people here which is always nice. The location is OK, doesn't take too long to get to the city and the neighbourhood is relatively safe.

For the price this hostel was fine. The staff were friendly and I had stuffed up my booking and they helped me out which was really nice. The hostel itself is quite dated and the interior is quite ordinary but the bathrooms were clean and I didn't feel like it was dirty, just old. The common room was quite small and crowded most of the time but it was fine. The location is one of the best you'll get if you want to see Hollywood!

Staff was great, the building is just beautiful. The large kitchen was appreciated by all. A couple of the beds I slept in were really noisy with lot of creaking noises each time you move slightly which kept me up a bit. Otherwise it was a great experience. Keep up the good work.

Owner Comment (Hide)
Hi Scott! Thanks for taking the time to comments about the hostel, maybe we need to get the oil can out on those sqeaky beds! :) We hope to see you again in the future! Cheers, Mel

Having the free dinners and breakfasts and WiFi was good. They have a curfew on shower times and I got there late and couldn't have a shower until the morning. There are no lockers in the rooms but they let me leave my bags with them 1 day in one of the other rooms. When I stayed they had a sign in the toilets saying that they didn't flush well and you had to put toilet paper in the bins and the showers were outdoors which I found quite odd. The location is also quite far from the city.

This hostel overall was good. The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful. The only problem I had with it was that there wasn't a very big common room and it was quite hard to meet people if you were traveling alone. Otherwise I would recommend this hostel.

This hostel is an interesting experience. Lots of fun. Lots of communal areas and a nice little cafe. I stayed in the huge tent dorm, it was a bit cold on the first night so I would recommend taking a few more blankets. They didn't provide pillows so you'll want to bring your own pillow. There was surprisingly only a small amount of noise considering the amount of people. This hostel was a fun experience and I'd recommend it happily.

This was one of the most fun Hostels I've stayed at in Europe. They had everything just right and for under 10 Euro a night it was a bargain. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was great and the rooms were clean. As other people have written, if you want to chill and have an early night this hostel isn't for you, if you want to meet new people and have a great time this hostel is the place to be! Highly recommended! Thanks, Scott

Great quality hostel at great rates. The hostel rooms are up fantastic. Very clean and very professional service. It was like having a 4 star hotel at the cost of a hostel. The room I was in had both a separate toilet and shower room which was really great. Highly recommended.
