Day 1

Camira Day Sailing Adventure. Start your holiday in style on the fantastic Camira Day Sailing Adventure. Explore magnificent Whitehaven Beach and the spectacular Whitsunday Islands National Park. 'Camira' is the most modern, prestigious day sailing vessel in Airlie Beach built to a futuristic design at a cost of $4 million! Swimming, snorkelling, beautiful beaches and bays and the thrill of sailing - put it all together and you have an exceptional day out! All refreshments and a superb barbecue lunch are included.

STAY: Barefoot Lodge, Long Island

Day 2

Spend a day relaxing and enjoying the facilities of the resort or explore Long Island, part of the Whitsundays National Park. Explore the 2,500 acres of rainforest, find your own secluded bay and take in the great outdoors on the 20 kilometres of scenic walking tracks. On the island there is prolific birdlife, wallabies and fruit bats. Maybe today you'd like to chill in a beach hammock, read a good book, take a dip in the pool. Long Island also has some great snorkelling on inner reef sites just 150 metres offshore. Ferry/bus departures back to Airlie available at a variety of times. Of course you may just be tempted to stay another night!
