Tour Itinerary
Chobe National Park, Botswana
Livingstone to Livingstone
We depart from Jollyboys Backpackers Lodge in Livingstone, Zambia at 645am for the approx. one hour drive to the Kazangula border post. Our driver will lead you through all of the border formalities (remember you passport!) and then cross the mighty Zambezi River into Botswana. This border point is unique in that Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia AND Botswana all share a common border in the middle of the river.
You you the meet up with your safari guide for the day, and after a light breakfast, climb into open 4x4 vehicles for your morning game drive through the majestic Chobe National Park. Elephants are what this park is known for and we're pretty sure you will loose count on how many you see!
After lunch, the afternoon is spend spent cruising along the Chobe River, and taking in the multitude of aquatic wildlife, thousands of birds and animals that come to the shoreline to drink.
You will be back to the border before 430pm and back at the backpackers lodge by 545pm. An amazing day - two countries - and unforgettable photo opportunities!
Visa fees are your own responsibility. Please email for any required information.

Great tour guide. Would have liked to see more animals, but there is probably not much you can do about that. We had a very enjoyable time, we were well taken care of and would definitely reccommend it! Great food too!
