We visit 2 wineries: the traditional Cousiño Macul vineyard with its ancient cellars and proud history and the boutqiue Aquitania vineyard where Chile's famous Carménère wine has been (re-) discovered.
We have lunch afterwards in a quaint traditional restaurant at the foot of the Andean mountain chain in a little eco-community.
