Beijing/Shanghai tour 8days
D1.Beijing.
Arrive in Beijing,you will be met at the airport by the tour guide and transfer to the hotel for a four-night stay on a room and breakfast basis,the rest of the day is free.
D2.Beijing.
Breakfast in the hotel,In the morning visit Tian’anmen Square which is one of the largest city central square in the world.After that continue to the Forbidden City where 24 emperors lived and ruled in the Ming and Qing Dynaties with the history of over 500 years.In the afternoon visit Hutong by rickshaw,which is the old area of Beijing.You will have an opportunity to visit a local family and talk to the host during the Hutong tour.Beijing duck dinner in the most famous restaurant-QuanJuDe.(B,L,D)
D3.Beijing.
Morning tour to the Great Wall,which is one of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China.A well known popular saying goes:He who hadn’t been to the Great Wall is not a true man.So everyone try to make it.In the afternoon,visit the main stadium for 2008 Olympics—Bird Nest and Water cube,where the opening and closeing ceremony of 29th Olympics will be held.In the evening a fascinating Peking Opera will be presented to you at Liyuan Theatre.(B,L,D)
D4.Beijing.
Morning tour to the Temple of Heaven,where the acient emperors worshipped heaven.But it is famous with the culture that the retired people go there to do exercise in the morning in nowdays.In the afternoon continue to the Summer Palace where you can discover gardens, palaces and pavilions with temples and halls in a tranquil, landscaped lakeside setting. It is the largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years.Dinner will be served in Dai Villiage restaurant which is a minority style restaurant,you could enjoy the beautiful dancing during the dinner and everybody could join them.(B,L,D)
D5.Beijing/Shanghai.
You will be transferred to the airport after breakfast and fly to Shanghai.Upon your arriving,the tour guide in Shanghai will meet you at the airport and transfer to the hotel for a three-night stay on a room with the breakfast basis. The rest of the day is free.
D6.Shanghai.
Full day tour to Shanghai Museum which is the biggest museum in china, with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of chinese art & cultural relics. the museum is especially famous for its treasure of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy.And Yu Garden, which has over 30 pavilions, linked by a maze of corridors and bridges.In the evening take a relaxing cruise tour on Huangpu River. where you will see great views from the city. Then enjoy walking tour at Bund.(B,L,D)Overnight in Shanghai.
D7.Shanghai.
Morning tour to Jade Budda Temple where two rare jade statues of Sakyamuni Buddha is treasured.And oriental pearl TV tower,which is standing by the huangpu river at 468 meters high, oriental pearl TV tower is the highest TV tower in asia.In the afternoon,free walk on Nanjing Road.In the evening acrobatics show.(B,L,D)
D8.Shanghai/exit
Transfer to the airport and fly home.
