Tour Itinerary
Day Itinerary
Our guide will pick you up between 7:20am and 8:30am, and then driving one hour to get to Badaling Great Wall. Badaling section is the most famous and best-preserved wall. Its highest point at Badaling is some 800 meters above sea level. Cable car is available at your own expense. Before having lunch, you will have 45 minutes to have a short visit to the Friend Yongsheng Jade Carving Factory. The jade carving is a famous special Chinese product, a blend of the excellent skill on carving and Chinese traditional cultures. Have traditional Chinese lunch at Jindian restaurant. After lunch, driving about 1.5 hours and get to the Summer Palace. It is the best-preserved imperial garden in the world that boasts centralized architectural masterpieces. After the visit of Summer Palace, have a short visit to a pearl free market. Then transferred back to your hotels.

The service was good, the guide spoke English well and was very knowledgeable. We would have preferred to stay at the summer palace and the great wall longer and skip the jade and silk factor. We already knew we were not going to buy anything. We asked to skip those places or reduce the time, but our guide insisted we go there for the whole time. But other than that, I had fun
