Tour Itinerary
Shanghai to Suzhou abroad the Dragon Bus and return by Train! Don't pay 100USD, join us and like minded travelers for this affordable option!
In the morning arrive at the Le Tour Hostel in Shanghai to join the group before setting off with the rest of our travelers on this day tour. On Shanghai we'll firstly hand for the one of the ancient canal towns of the region. This town we visit is still a working village, and not just a tourist attraction!
Take a boat around its Venice like canals, and listen to boat driver they sing local songs. After this we head back to the bus and onto Suzhou via an authentic working Silk factory, where this old age craft will be demonstrated to you. After this we'll head to Suzhou and using the bus we'll explore several of the UNESCO listed World Heritage sites in Suzhou. During the day the western guide will confirm with you which train you wish to take back to Shanghai.
This gives you the ability to stay and have dinner with the group before leaving for the nearby railway Station for the train (1 hr) ride back to Shanghai. The guide is also able to confirm for you instruction on how to return to where your staying in Shanghai as well. This affordable day tour means you can now experience the best of Suzhou, with likeminded people, and all without blowing your budget.
