The cruise we booked was more fun than we expected. We had a very nice guide who showed us all the highlights and at the cruise the food was very fine and there was a lot of entertainment every night. We had a luxurious room and enjoyed the pool at the sundeck. We missed a timetable with prices of activities. The Edfuguide was amazing! One of the other guides gave of some racist remarks, another tried to get us to buy things. But in all: good guides. We also made the additional tour in a hot air balloon, which really can be recommended!

It was a memorable experience as the tour providers Hany and Samya were very helpful and assisted us with our ancillary requirements as well. The standard of the cruise Iberotel Empress met our expectations as the room was comfortable and the food served on board was very good indeed. In addition our guide Mohammad was very pleasant and helpful. We spent the days at our pace and did not feel rushed.
