Tour Itinerary

Day 1

In the morning pick up from your hotel in Cairo, transfer to the bus station and take the bus to Bahariya Oasis.

You will reach Bahariya by midday. Transfer to the hotel and after lunch start a tour in Bahariya: have a walk around the old village of the Oases and see the groves of palms and fruit trees. Proceed to Mummies Hall, visit the Temple of Ain Elmftella which was once the main water source of the old capital of the Oases. Finally see the ruins of the English House. Back to the hotel, dinner and overnight there.

Day 2

Free morning. After having lunch in the hotel, start the jeep tour to the White Desert. On the way you will visit Crystal Mountain, the Akabat (sand) Desert and a hot spring. In the evening you will camp out in the middle of White Desert and our Bedouin friends will prepare a traditional dinner for you by the camp fire. Enjoy the most magical sunset and discover the secrets of the desert at night. Overnight under the stars.

Day 3

After breakfast, visit the Black Desert and drive back to Bahariya Oasis. Transfer to the bus station and take the bus at 10:00 a.m. You will arrive back to Cairo around 3.00 p.m. Pick up from the bus station and transfer to your hotel in Cairo.

Tour includes:

- Pick ups an transfers as mentioned above

- Bus ticket from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis and back

- Shared Jeep for the tour in the desert

- Meals: lunch and dinner on day 1; breakfast, lunch and Bedouin dinner on day 2; breakfast on day 3

- 1 night accommodation in a hotel in Bahariya

- All meals during the trip

- Mattress, pillow and sleeping bag for the camping

- All services charges and taxes

Tour excludes:

- Entrance fees to the sights

- Any items of personal nature, such as drinks

Trip Extras:

- 2 hours Camel ride in Bahariya Oasis - 30 Euro / person

- Upgrade to private car transfer from Cairo to Bahariya and back, instead of bus - 150 Euro / car

- Upgrade for private Jeep tour in the desert - 30 Euro / person (minimum 2 person)
