Tour Itinerary

Though the city abuts the Great Pyramids of Giza on one side, there is a vast and beautiful desert waiting for you on the other side. And there is NO better way to experience that desert and see the Pyramids as they should (must!) be seen, than by doing it the way it's been done for millennia. Leave the car or bus behind you and venture forth on a horse or a camel for a 2-hour trek into ancient history.

The trip starts early morning for sunrise or early evening for sunset, by the pick-up from your hotel in Cairo to drive on the way to Giza, where you'll begin your 2-hours ride, around the area.

By the end of your ride, you'll be picked up again to return to your hotel.

"Our trip includes:"

1. Pick-up and transfer from/to your hotel in Cairo, in an air-conditioned bus.

2. Two-hour trip by a camel or a horse, through the desert of Giza Plateau.

3. All service charges and taxes.

The trip price is $60.00 USD per person.

Single travelers will be charged for an extra $35.00 USD, as a single supplement.

• Full payment shall be settled prior to the tour date.

Notes:

• Our "Camel/horse" trip departs twice every day (Sunrise/Sunset), however confirmation in advance is still highly recommended.

• The trip can be organized as an extension part of a day trip to Giza, Sakkara, and Memphis. Or, if you wish, you can organize it as a separate excursion, depending on your time-frame and interests.

• Hotel pick-up takes place 45 minutes before the scheduled time of start.

• All of our tours can be customized to fit your time, budget, and interests.

• Optional day trips and activities are available upon request and include the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids, shopping at the Khan El-Khalily Market, an excursion to the Fayoum Oasis, Alexandria and much more.

• All day trips leave in small groups and are accompanied by a professional tour guide.

• There are no time constraints for any of the day trips. The time spent depends only upon our guests' desires and the official opening/closing times of the sites.

• Accommodation nights can be arranged upon request.
