Monday

Leave the smog of the city behind and head to stunning Cornwall on our eco friendly bio-fuelled bus. First stop is the mystical Stonehenge - the place of legends and ley lines. See this wonder of the world up close and personal, can you feel the energy?

After lunch it's onto Englands premier surf and nightlife capital - Newquay. Check into your ocean fronting bunk accommodation and just take in the view - wow. There's plenty to do here from coast walks to kicking back with a cold one in the downstairs bar (dont forget to use your discount card).

Tuesday

After a restful night it's all aboard the bio bus for a full day tour exploring the cornish coastline which will start with a visit to St Ives. This quaint cornish fishing town is famed for it's abundance of artists and galleries attracted to the area for it's outstanding scenery and natural light. Wonder the cobbled streets and see whitewashed fisherman cottages set into the hillside. Lands End is the next stop, the most westerly tip of the UK, definately a photo opportunity, then it's off to St Michaels Mount to discover the legend of the giant Cormoran. Any self respecting trip to Cornwall wouldn't be complete without sampling the pasties it's famous for and so we take you to an award winning bakery to sample the finest on offer. With full bellies we return you to your accommodation so you can enjoy another Newquay Night.

Wednesday

This is when the fun really starts. To work off those pasities and hangovers we have a range of outdoor* and indoor activities for you. Choose from Surfing, Coasteering, Horse Riding or Indoor climb wall for a morning filled with action and adrenelin.

All activities include all equipment and are with fully qualified instructors.

*Pleae note all outdoor activites are weather permitting, in the event of adverse weather, an alternative activity will be offered. No refund will be given.

The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please, maybe walk the stunning coath path, a spot of retail therapy or maybe find a quiet pub and just sit and watch the waves.

finally it's time to say a sad farewell to Newquay and head back to the city with a belly full of laughs and tales a' plenty to tell the folks back home.
