Tour Itinerary
Explore the remains of ancient civilisations from 5000-year-old Stonehenge, through Roman Bath, haunting Dartmoor and onto the ruins of Tintagel Castle where the Arthurian legend was born! After reaching Land's End, its time to party the night away at the UK's surfing capital - Newquay!
Discover more about the distinctive Cornish culture and their historic struggle for independence. Marvel at the mysterious Bodmin Moor before allowing us to tempt and tantalise your taste buds with the promise of local favourites such as Cornish Pasties and scrumpy cider.
The Cornwall Crusader is a relaxed and chilled out tour allowing you to escape from the fast pace of city living and taking you to the very edge of the world!
Day 1: London to Cheddar
Depart London and travel west to Salisbury Cathedral then onto Stonehenge, the UK's most famous and mysterious stone circle. We then explore the dramatic Cheddar Gorge zzz Cheddar
Day 2: To Newquay
Spend the morning exploring the wilds of Dartmoor National Park before making our way into Cornwall and the chance of a trek to Dozemary Pool, made famous by King Arthur. We then head to Newquay the UK's surf capital and our base for two nights. zzz Newquay.
Day 3: Cornwall
The whole day is spent in Cornwall performing ancient rituals around the mysterious standing stones, doing scenic coastal walks, attempting to speak some Cornish, visiting the amazing Minack Theatre and stopping at the most westerly tip of Great Britain, Land's End. After a busy day you'll be able to have a night out to remember in Newquay zzz
Day 4: Newquay to Bath
Leave the sand and surf behind to visit Tintagel, the birthplace of King Arthur. We then travel east through Devon into Somerset to Glastonbury where King Arthur is buried, Stopping for the night in the historic and beautiful city of Bath. zzz Bath
Day 5: Bath to London
Spend the morning visiting the Roman Baths and wandering around admiring some of the finest examples of Georgian architecture in the UK. Feel like you have travelled back in time in the village of Lacock and then onward to one of the most impressive standing stone circles at Avebury before returning to London.
