This is just to inform that I paid the deposit for a group of 5 of us but was never asked to pay the balance? Who should I contact?

Unable to find the tour. I was outside Covent Garden walking up and down Russel Street but could find anyone in a red shirt that looked like they were leading a tour. Didn\'t remember the name of the Roadhouse, so I wasn\'t able to join there.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cacellation the deposit paid is non refundable.
- Failure to make cancellations 24 hours before the commencement of the tour will result in FULL PAYMENT being taken from the credit card.
